Great experience here. Its always nice when you find a McDonalds that seems to do it the right way these days. Service was friendly and the food actually seemed fresh. Appreciate the visit!

It is always the same, I order and my order is never found. It does not matter if I order for Drive through, or Eat-In or carryout, the order is never ready or found and give me the wrong items. Today I ordered a big breakfast and sent my secretary to pickup, no order although I have a receive that I paid, tryed calling the restaurant, and it rings and after a while they pickup and hang up, 8 times since 9:58 this morning.

Great burritos. Service has gotten slower. I ordered a fish sandwich and that even was smaller. It looked like for a kid's meal. I'm very disappointed with what McDonald's is doing with their food.

I don’t eat Fast Food often in 12 yrs I think I’ve stopped at the La Plata Crain Hwy location, 6-10 times. Always a 4+. On 5/12/25 not only was the food terrible but the person at the Register over charged me. Since I questioned the total, he had an opportunity to review and correct it. If it’s training, it needs to be corrected. EVERYTHING is too expensive. I had just paid a $700 Vet bill, overpaying for bad food is unforgivable!
I ordered two 10 pc Nuggets. WHO doesn’t want sauce? He actually entered “no sauce” on both orders. Distracted, I didn’t notice they didn’t ask, of course 10 sec. after pulling away I remembered. Clearly, something has changed at this location and I would suggest avoiding it. They don’t answer their phone, and the 800# on the Receipt doesn’t even work? I was 15 when I worked at Taco Bell after work. These were adults, getting paid more than minimum wage. Isn’t it just as easy to do a job right as it is not to give a fudge? You’re still there? The Owner should be ashamed of every penny he takes in. And let’s say he over charges every Customer $1-2 at the end of the day, week, year that’s a Felony IF it’s intentional? Given all the weird things on my receipt, charging me for a meal when I didn’t order a meal, then full price on my specialty drink (a meal comes with a drink), noting on the receipt no sauce on an items that people want sauce…these seem intentional, right? Too bad

Really tired of paying for things and not recieving them, this store consistantly messes my orders up, to the point where i just assume they are doing it on purpose. Then again im sure its not just this store, just happen to frequent this one since its in proximity to other options.

I've gone through the drive threw here well over 30 times in the six years I've lived in the area. I can count on one hand how many times my order was actually done correctly. Also, if you order an item by the number, they automatically make it a large size order, sometimes even if you say medium.

Ordered two drive through orders the person at the speaker asked for both codes gave it to them . Asked me to pull forward and wait . They bring the first order to the car . Asked the lady about the second order and she tells me if it’s not on the receipt we didn’t order it . That’s why I placed two orders I forgot the drinks . She says she’ll look into it . I regave her the code . Tell me why she went inside looked directly at us from the window and just start sweeping the lobby. I had to go inside when I ordered for drive through for her just to argue with me and not look at the order I had pulled up. Standing here arguing about a whole order I never got acting like the 1.50 came out of her paycheck.

Why do they have you order sauce for the online ordering?If you guys never put it in the order. I hate to back the drive through up. But now it's an inconvenience when I have to unload my child to go in and get the sauces that I ordered in the first place.Please fix this and pay attention.

I ordered a steak, egg and cheese, breakfast sandwich and when I say it was the worst one that I’ve had after eating it for five years. It was really dry and greasy the onions looked very old and there was a bunch of salt on the Steak instead of the actual seasoning and sauce that comes with the sandwich. I Also ordered an orange juice with no ice and not only was there ice in the orange juice when I received the order but the orange juice seemed to be watered down And the hash brown was stuck to the paper that it came in and was breaking up every time I tried to take a bite. Now I’ve had this meal from various locations in the past five years and Haven’t had a complain because they were all so good but somehow this McDonald’s location really disgusted me and this is my first and last time eating here. 0/10 Do not recommend anyone eat from here
