i order a steak and it came out burnt i order it medium the cook came out and said thats how it is and would not fix another one when i look around at all steaks coming out near me they where all burnt and i heard other people complaining about the steak too i have been going there for years never got a burnt steak before must be the cook. we wont be back for a while. also cook is not very friendly. we were also seated in the dining room and 2 people at the bar were yelling and screaming and cussing using f word and no one told them to calm down or to be quiet. you could hear them all throughout the restaurant even when i went to the bathroom i could hear them in there too. even your servers gather at the bar are pretty loud also.

The burger was hot and juicy, and the broccoli was perfectly cooked. It was worth the drive!

At this point I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered and asked for xxx crispy wings and I receive soggy skin wings. The last time before today the manager promised the next time it would be better and he would discount my food. I ordered and instead of discounting my food it was free. Get home and again!!! My wings are soggy and not well done. Either the cook doesn’t know what xxx crispy is, they don’t know how to cook, or they don’t know how to follow simple instructions. Never again.

Foods good, when you're in house .
My family and I did take out last night ,(small order), left out salad dressing to the order of bleu cheese salad....again....
In house, staff is very kind and accommodating, just a little annoyed with the take out mishaps...

Ordered for curbside pick up and they are 20 minutes late getting the food out there. Had to call into the restaurant and ask where our food was.

My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary tonight - Sunday June 22 in La Plata with dear friends. We were given the royal treatment. From the hostess Cookie, to our waitress who I totally forget her name… we had a wonderful time. She dotted on us it made us feel special. I love the La Plata location. I only go there and not Waldorf.

I forgot to leave a review last week. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We had an outstanding server named Stephanie, let's talk about how funny she was with my husband. They kept joking with one another and just having fun. It was nice to have fun with a server. She did her job to a T. I hope to have her again in the future. The food was wonderful as I was starving that day lol. The manager was also lovely and funny as well. I'm glad I made the decision to eat this establishment. I've been here once before and it was also a lovely experience.

The food is good and the Togo woman was really sweet and kind.
My only problem is the food. We paid for extra cheese and there isn’t extra. There is also barely any bacon on there and it’s pure dust.
I also got steak medium rare for my Kingsland pasta and it was cooked medium and most of it was cooked fully.
It was still good nonetheless and the Togo woman was nice so not too bad. Won’t be paying extra anymore. And definitely clicking rare for my steaks from now on

Outback Steakhouse in La Plata offers a solid selection of steak, seafood, and other dishes in a casual dining atmosphere. Tonight, I ordered the filet mignon, which was cooked perfectly to my requested temperature. From a food standpoint, everything was great.

Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our party of nine was seated from 7:30 to 9:00 PM, and we only saw our server about three times the entire evening. Drink refills were scarce, and it took an unreasonably long time to get to-go boxes—or even to spot our server nearby.

While the food was definitely enjoyable, the service was among the worst I’ve experienced in quite a while. I’d consider giving them another try in the future, but only because the food quality made a strong impression.
