Their food is delicious but almost $40 to have a medium pizza and small Greek salad delivered with tip is outrageous. I love their food but can’t afford that.

Watch your step entering this shop!! There’s a little lip/step that is easy to stub your toe on or trip over if you’re not paying attention. I ordered a pizza for pickup and it was ready when it said it would be. I have been searching desperately to find good pizza in this area (moved here from NY/NJ) and so far this place is the most palatable I’ve found. The flavors of the crust and the sauce are good. The pineapple and ham pizza was loaded with toppings. The one major problem is that they didn’t cook the pizza enough to compensate for the wetness of the pineapple and sauce so the crust was cooked on the bottom but the dough under the sauce was all raw and chewy. I’d be willing to give this place another try, but I’m not sure I’m ready to recommend it to other people as a top choice.

I just ordered two pizzas from here for the first time. One of them was actually pretty good, but unfortunately, the second one was undercooked and very doughy. I checked several slices, and they were all the same—raw in the center and clearly undercooked.
I called to let the restaurant know and spoke with a woman on the phone. I offered to send photos to show the issue, but she was dismissive and rude, showing no concern or willingness to make things right.
Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from here again—not because of the undercooked pizza, but because of how poorly I was treated when I tried to address the issue. Customer service matters.

The pizza was good. I would love it if they served a white sauced pizza for my family that can't eat tomatoes. Service was not terrible. I probably won't tip next time I pick up, though.

Hands down, Pizza Hotline has some of the best pizza I have ever had. We have incorporated into our weekly plan to order Pizza Hotline every other Friday to wind down the day.I’d highly recommend this over any of the chains.
Parking: There’s parking directly in front of the Pizza Hotline to make picking up easy and convenient
