Mari is not polite

I like Starbucks but it's a bit too expensive. And I also don't like I would ask you for a tip at the end of your transaction

I come to Starbucks at least three times a week on my way to DC and this location typically has bare minimum service there’s no greetings at the window and a lot of times the workers seem like it’s more of an inconvenience for them to be making my Coffee.

I traditionally order my coffee when I’m about eight or 10 miles away so that it gives them enough time to get the coffee ready without holding up the line in the morning. This morning I get to the drive-through pick up line there’s nobody else in the line and the worker named Aiden cuts me off while letting him know that I had a mobile order and tells me that I have to order further in advance if I want my coffee.

First of all if I were to drive up and order on the spot, it wouldn’t change how long it takes my coffee to be made. Secondly, I wasn’t rushing you. I would’ve waited. Most of the time when I get my coffee it’s half creamer half oat milk half whatever other product is in my coffee and very little coffee in the first place there’s been repeated times I’ve had to have it remade. Maybe focus on the quality of your coffee rather than biting your customers heads off first thing in the morning.

This Starbucks location is akin to a second home for me, as I grew up in this area and have consistently received exceptional service. My go-to order is the caramel Crunch Frappe, which they expertly prepare

Starbucks have the best medicine tea, which is called medicine ball

Every time I get cold foam here they measure out less than a straws width. They’ll just charge you for it and leave it in the cup they blend it in. Ive asked for a small cup of cold foam on the side once before to resolve this and they refused.

I stopped going to this location, because everytime I ordered a Honey Citus Mint tea it would taste like water! I decided to try again today after several months and the results is the same taste like water. I will not be returning.

They always have blonde roast in the late afternoon. Wonderful...

My friends just told me how disrespectful everyone was Wednesday….how disappointing.

Extremelyyyyyyyyyyy long wait in the drive through with only 4 people ahead of me. I’ve been to Waldorf, Brandywine and Clinton’s drive thru lines faster with many more cars. Seems to be a management/personnel issue because it’s the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to with ordering ahead.

I go to the Starbucks a lot and usually my greeting in the drive through is super pleasant. But when I pull up I hear in the most monotone voice “what can I get you?” And I said I had a mobile order placed under this name, and the response is “k pull forward.” Now the person at the window was quick and nice but they need to change their microphone person asap!
