Did a mobile ordertoday.My husband picked it up, but they did not give him the 2 pastries ordered just the 2 drinks. I have been calling in reference to this since 2pm. Called 7 times and no answer. I often have issues like this at this location only.

It takes over 15mins to pick up a drink ordered from the app and only about 1/2 of the time is the drink prepared correctly. For premium coffee I have had multiple disappointments with this location from the wrong drink to non heated pastries, to wait times on mobile orders. Do not recommend

Absolutely the slowest Starbucks I have ever been in. I'm handicapped and my husband went in for me because drive thru line was so long. After 20 minutes I went in with my cane to see what was wrong and there was another line waiting for their drinks. I will never go there again.
Probably the least friendly location in the SoMD area. They all seem to hate their jobs, and their customer service is terrible. Drinks are always messed up. They don't greet you when you come in, and will stand there and stare at you for minutes. They'd rather interact with each other than the people walking through the door.

Had an issue with an order placed via the Starbucks app. Tyler (female supervisor, hope I spelled it right) was super helpful in the drive through and made sure the order was taken care of. I felt so bad and apologized but she put me at ease and made sure I was taken care of. This is the type of customer service that should be recognized and rewarded. Thank you ma’am for being so awesome. This happened on Aug 25th at 1015 in the morning.

Trifling, ghetto, racist are the feelings that you get immediately upon arrival and departure. Made my coffee in 15 sec's which had espresso.. so how does that work - and it was incorrect. Then of course, looked cross eyed at me for bringing it back. Really hope this place goes out of business because we deserve so much better at this location
