Very disappointed. The last 2 times I sent there my steak was over cooked .., They never took anything off the bill . ?

My wife and I ordered 2 premium steaks the service by our waiter was impeccable . The food , not so much . She ordered med well and me medium both came well done to dead which when shown to the waiter he agreed . I initially cut a piece open to see and saw pink so I left it alone . Until I cut the other side and flat brown through out . A manger then came to the table and when I showed her she initially said nothing just looking at me without responding . I said “ apparently your inaction means you do not agree with me . She stated it’s judt that you should have said something sooner . I explained that I waited untilI got my waiter’s attention as he was also tending bar and busy. She just restated that they prefer the customer bring it to their attention as soon as it’s served . You’ve said that I stated and if she was inferring that I ate the steak , I showed her bothers all there but cut into pieces for inspection and not to mention a great deal of fat on the steak . She just walked away . 5 minutes later , different female manager came I explained what I had been through she said she would reorder the meal which by then I judt asked for it to go . I asked her for a $30 steak , you should get the way you order it . The agreed . The thing is that my bill came to $76 plus change and no offer to discount or take anything off or apology for the bad experience . We are repeat customers band are local to this restaurant go often and have not had a problem . I wanted to share this because I felt wronged . If I support a place of business they should value me . After tipping my waiter and being judt shy of $100 I don’t feel bad sharing my feelings Trxas Rosdhouse is no longer my first choice . Photos of my medium steak are included ….

I was transferred to (TO GO).. I was on hold for 6 minutes.. by the time I was able to place my order it sounded like NEPTUNE DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED. I came inside to pay for my order and glance at the left side didn’t realized they change that as the go to area.. well, I saw 3 girls horsing around no wonder it took 6 minutes for someone to answer the call.Definitely a little disappointed.. I had to listen to the same recording 4 to 5 times in repeat.

We were all gathering for our granddaughter's 4th birthday. A lot of us were in town so we chose here for dinner the night before. A couple things had to be sent back because they were undercooked. The service was phenomenal as far as our server. The atmosphere was way too crowded. They were stacking us in a small room like sardines with several other parties. We made a reservation for our large party before going .

Food was great per usual. I had ribs and fries. Son had steak & shrimp, and my BIL had a ribeye with mashed potatoes. Steaks were seasoned very well per normal. We can’t wait to return!

There are better locations. Service is awful. Somehow I got the check and boxes for everyone else’s food at the table while still waiting for mine. Server seemed irritated by us even being there. Made it very obvious she didn’t want to serve us. Disappointing.

Ordered for store pickup during dinner rush Friday evening. We didn't recieve our rolls, and my family was disappointed as that is the main reason we ordered from Texas roadhouse. I understand they probably forgot, but would like for management to remind staff to always pack the rolls. Most important part of the meal.Also the survey that was sent didn't allow me to express this as it forces you to rate the food items on your reciept.

Visited this location yesterday for the first time. Left extremely pleased, will return when in the area again. Although it was very busy we received excellent service. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. The food came out fast and hot. Great job kitchen staff. Everything was delicious. Thank you all.
There was hair in our bread rolls, and hair in the silverware, wrapped in the napkins. I mean long, wirey hair. I was so disappointed. The manager said he'd talk to the kitchen staff. That's it. He mentioned "taking a look at our church" but we never saw him again.My salmon was super salty, and crunchy. .. my shrimp were overcooked. The ribs are dry and tough. It wasn't their best night... I didn't even take pictures, which I usually ALWAYS do.I told the hosts AND the waitress when we arrived that it was my husbands birthday, but we still didn't get the group of employees to come give him a birthday yee-haw like I've seen them do for others so many times. All in all, I must say the service was lackluster and the food was very disappointing. Finding hair, twice... was the icing on the cake. Unfortunately I don't want to come back again. In total, it was $130 wasted.
