The guy that took my order smelt like weed, took 20 minutes for my food to be ready, got my order wrong twice, I ordered a Dave’s double just cheese and bacon and they gave me everything on it and I said to myself simple mistake, I asked for it to be made again and I was given a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon on it

I just went to Wendy's to get something for tonight but when I got home I started to feel weird after eating my food i think the manager was their by himself cause he had attuide about something I think he spit in my food cause he was i keep saying lemon lime powerade instead say power lime nothing to get mad about but I will never eat there again if I see that manger.

After a long day of work I decided to detour and stop here for a quick bite. The cashier decided if she folded her arms and refused to take the other people orders it would help the man before us who was waiting a ridiculously long time for a sandwich.. Question why penalize me a paying g customer for the staff inability to make the food in a timely manner needless to say I won't be stopping here again and I hope this doesn't fall on death ears. I walked in with 4 other people random strangers and we all were inconvenienced... Here is the kicker I didn't even get a burger... smh I know next time take my money to the Wendy's in King George Va this would have never happened.

Yes, it's a Wendy's. Went through there on 8 July at 3pm. Everything was fast, fries were perfectly crisp and salted. Best Wendy's experience i have ever had. The topper to all of this and why i opted to rate this Wendy's. We had a big full bag of food, and the lovely yound woman in the drive through window offered us a second bag. I was confused but realized we needed it for trash,and said yes. 35 years of hitting the dri e through wherever,and thus was the first time someone has offered that, thus my confusion I said yes, the bag was perfect and needed. Sometimes it's the kittke things in life. Thank you!

I just picked up what was supposed to be a baconator. Both patties were burnt, thin and absolutely disgusting! And don't even get me started on their idea of bacon. Very disappointing, guess I'm have cereal for dinner what a waste of $18 dollars I wish I could add pictures to this, if management at all cares, I have several pictures on file
This location has gone real down hill. The staff are very hostile and unfriendly. I was dining in today and as I sat there the old white lady cooking starting yelling at people about their special requests for burgers. She told one person she is hot and tired and this isn’t Burger King have it your way and that they can take it the way she makes it or go somewhere else. They also had an older man in the dining room clearly doing drug deals out in the open. He would be standing at the corner or sitting at the tables when someone would pull up and money would be exchanged and they would leave. Hopefully corporate can come fix this place

Asked for cooked to order nuggets when ordering at the window. When I received the nuggets they were not fresh. Asked again and manager refused. She took the old nuggets threw them in the trash and I asked for a refund. Ordered chili I received soup. Not happy with quality or service.

One of the better locations I've been to. Visited multiple times while in town because it was so fresh the first time. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
