Terrible service always yuckin orders up and Adora had the nastiest attitude. Asked why my lemonade was brown and she told I don't know I didn't make it. I spent 46 dollars and this how we get treated. Constant attitude sucking her teeth and btching cuz I had to ask my kids what frosty flavor they wanted. If you don't wanna wait for people to give you their order go find another job because customer service ain't your thing.

Frosty was great! Service and atmosphere need ALOT of work. The staff was hollering to each other, not about work. Hollering to the customer sitting in the lobby. They forgot to put icing on Cinnabon. Just unacceptable. Hopefully, they get it together. I hadn't been there in years and I probably won't be back anytime soon!

Never again. Ordered the number 7 in which I paid $13 something for. I blame myself for not checking my food before I left (went through drive thru). Get back home, go to take food out of the bag. It was nowhere near what I ordered!! Looked like they gave me a kids meal. A 4 piece or whatever nuggets and a little burger. Had to go back up there all to be told it would be 5 to 10 minutes. They were waiting on meat. Huh? Of course it was more like 15 minutes. Mad I wasted my calories for the day.

Usually, I get good to great service here. As I said, Usually. This morning, I walked in and saw a worker walking off to the corner seat, I assumed on break. I walked up to the counter and waited. After about 30 seconds, I asked out loud, raising my voice as there was no one insight, if there is anyone here that might serve me?I waited for a reply, hearing None, I then turned to leave. I looked over at that 'worker seating in the corner, who kinda gestures back towards the counter. Still no one there. I told her thanks for the service! Sarcasm dripping here!Wow! I would have thought when I ask if anyone would help (actually, I asked in a loud, short of a yell) that someone would have replied right then. To bad.Will I go back? Occasionally. Will I walk out again? Hell yes! Firmly believe in not rewarding horrible service.
