Ordered ahead on the app at 4:40 PM on a Friday with a quoted pickup time of 5:10 PM. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty, yet another customer said her order was already 20 minutes behind. We waited in the pickup area several minutes without being acknowledged. When someone finally helped us, we were told they were just now working on our order—well after the promised time. Several employees walked by without even a greeting. Later, we were told they were “working on the tater tots.” I asked if that meant the rest of our food had been sitting there getting cold, and the answer was “Yeah.” After a one-minute drive back to our hotel, the burger and boneless wings were ice cold, while the tots were hot. The attached photo shows the entire order of 10 boneless wings—they were extremely small and more like children’s chicken nuggets than what Buffalo Wild Wings advertises. This location clearly has management and execution issues. I hope corporate leadership reviews this location, because this experience does not reflect the Buffalo Wild Wings brand I grew up enjoying.

It was a busy Tuesday, but everything ran smoothly. We did have to wait coming in, but that was expected with the amount of people in the restaurant. When we did get sat, we got waited on quickly and food came out in an appropriate time. All the servers were on it and ready to help when needed! and the music was great, I was singing and dancing in my seat the whole time.

I came into Buffalo Wild Wings on Thursday and had a great experience! I was greeted quickly when I arrived, and even though they were pretty busy, my food only took about 15 minutes which I totally understood given how packed it was. My server Lily was amazing and made the experience even better. Overall, I had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

I have been in town for work this past week and it was so great the first time, I only came here! Bailee, Madison, and Edo were all exceptional bartenders! Drinks were cold, food was hot, and the atmosphere is amazing! I loved being able to watch multiple games throughout the week.

Not very please with their service. Me and my friend walked in and stood up front to be seat for ten minutes. We got seated then sat there waiting for our server for 20 minutes and no one came up to tell us that they will be with us or anything so we left.
I'm convinced I could be the only person in the restaurant and it would still take FOREVER to get my order. Not sure what's changed as it never used to be like this but the last couple years has been terrible.

My family and I stopped here on a trip out of town. We were excited to try some of the things we seen with the online menu. When we first came in it took a few minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us when they weren’t even busy. The seating arrangements here are really weird and majority of the tables looked dirty. We were seated in an area that was completely blocked off from the inside. The area was extremely hot, dirty and we were seated directly in the sun. So we requested another table in which we were seated at a high table and had a 86 year old with us so if any common sense was used they would’ve known she can’t set there. But it didn’t matter because we never even set down because the table was filthy! Nobody ever tried to help us find a table to accommodate our party so we just left out the exit door on the side and went to a Mexican restaurant down the road that not only had amazing food and service but they were clean.

I typically don’t come to this restaurant but decided to give it another shot and I was to no surprise disappointed and will NOT be returning. The restaurant was dead, there were maybe 5 tables with people. We were seated by a host immediately and then it took 20 minutes for our serve Toshia to take our drink order. After getting our drinks and placing our order it took OVER an hour to get our food, which was ICE COLD and looked like it had been sitting for hours. Just shy of 2 hours in this place. We will not be returning and would advise that you steer clear of this location.
