15 minute wait for one person when there are 30 open seats and another 10 at the bar is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t mind waiting when a place is actually swamped but

I have been here a few times to have dinner with my parents. The staff has always been friendly, they are quick to get us seated, and the food is always good.

Service is quite literally never good and the food is usually cold. Last time we went there we waited 40 minutes for food and then the server said our food got thrown away😭 manager said they had a big party walk out earlier that night bc they waited too long for food so then they just threw everything away including ours 🤨

They put too much ice in the strawberry lemonade. The beer beef cheese Steak was way too salty and dry.

Been living here 4 years and been here 4 times. I’ve tried so hard to like this location. I love BWW but this location is AWFUL. The waitresses are not good, the services takes FOREVER and then the goods lukewarm if you’re lucky. It just has to do better. I see all the reviews say the same and the owner just responds will fill out a survey. Obviously they don’t care to change.
Service was terrible. Took an unreasonable amount of time for the initial drink order. Waitress was totally disengaged from her job. Food came out for our table at different times with no explanation.
Worst service in the city. Fine food. Decent atmosphere.

Best buffalo wild wings ever great server always had drinks never had to ask and food was hot and delicious 😋
Ah, dearest denizens of La Vale and beyond, let us wax poetic on the divine revelry that is Buffalo Wild Wings, nestled at 12107 Winchester Rd—a veritable cathedral of flavor and festivity!
Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the luminous Latrell, a beacon of hospitality whose attentiveness and warmth could mollify even the most beleaguered of souls. She flitted about with an air of effortless grace, ensuring that no glass ran dry and no wing went without its proper due of reverence. A paragon of service, truly.
And the Buffalo Blue sauce—oh, the Buffalo Blue! A symphony of spice and tang, an exquisite pas de deux between classic heat and the cooling embrace of blue cheese. A concoction so bewitching, so tantalizing, it left us wanting, nay, needing, more. If sauces had a royal court, Buffalo Blue would ascend the throne with aplomb.
The atmosphere? Positively jubilant! Birthdays were celebrated with such universal enthusiasm that the entire establishment erupted into merriment, a chorus of strangers united in festal bliss. One could scarcely distinguish where one party ended and another began. And, as if the revelry weren’t enough, a modern gaming emporium lay in wait, bestowing added thrills and diversions upon the already exuberant scene.
So, my lovelies, if one seeks delight, decadence, and the warm embrace of communal joy, hie thee to Buffalo Wild Wings in La Vale. Request Latrell, surrender to the Buffalo Blue, and let yourself be swept away in the revelry of wings, wonder, and well-earned indulgence. A triumph!
I ordered on a Thursday, and got the BOGO boneless wings deal. The two flavors I tried were buffalo and spicy garlic, both were decent. Without this deal, their prices are crazy expensive, but the deal is not half bad, considering the quality you get. I could maybe see myself going back, but only on a BOGO day, and would definitely have to try different flavors.
Also, they forgot the blue cheese on the takeout order.
