I normally don’t do this but this place is really a joke; run by children. we had ordered take out on the mobile app. Had all the confirmations, & money was removed from my account; nearly $50. my boyfriend and I go to pick it up but my boyfriend goes in alone; thinking this will only take a few minutes. He waited nearly 20 minutes as he watched 2 previous orders be messed up. They then proceed to tell my boyfriend they don’t have the order; where as the money was still removed, we got the text message, email and app confirmation. They then told him that he needed to pay again for the meal, which he did and that we would then have to call Buffalo Wild Wings app to get a refund. So instead of making our lost food, we paid $100 for 1 meal. Annoyed by sitting in a car for 45 mins I come in to wait. nobody came to speak to us for a while till some lady by the bar go tell someone to come check on us. he did and just said our order didn’t give us a time or any communication. we were waiting nearly 15 minutes passed close when we ordered at 9pm. The customer service was ridiculous. no wonder this place has bad reviews. Do better. We waited over an hour for a take out order when nobody was there; get real.Manager on duty: Kyle.

Usually the wings are the best but our last visit was not so good, I'm not sure if they started using different chicken, or they're using cloned chicken now either way for the price the food was not worth it at all.

I ordered ahead of time, but had to wait for my food. The establishment wasn't busy, yet the buffalo chicken wrap I received had the incorrect sauce - it was hot and flavorless. Additionally, the chicken was overcooked and dry, and I didn't receive my fries. I also ordered the bird Dog's In addition to the bird dog's dryness, the buns were overcooked, hard, and lacked any toppings.

Had a group of 15 and we were very pleased with this visit.
Ya know . . . It was okaaay, I guess. But honestly, I will be surprised if Buffalo Wild Wings is still a thing 5 years from now. It's just too overpriced for the quality of the food. Local Mom & Pop joints have better tasting food for less. Television sports casting and beer is all this place has going for it.

Nothing fried here is safe for vegetarians or vegans, it's all fried in beef tallow. Vegetarians and vegans often end up at places that don't cater to them but we always think "I'll just have fries". Buffalo Wild Wings took away that option. Literally the only other place that has non-vegetarian fries is McDonald's so no one could have expected this
