Never have enough donuts. Its pretty much a Starbucks, they only have drinks. Everytime I've went here, I get told we dont have any donuts. Isn't that the point of the place. I mean they have what you can dunk into but nothing to dunk.

Cashier , the short lady is so rude, didn’t even greet the customer and was making weird faces while customizing my order. There was an other lady who was rudely addressing while serving the coffee at the pickup station. Another male employee who is chewing his bubblegum right away infront of customers and making drinks which is very unhygienic. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible time here, bathroom was a mess, avocado toast was cold and not toasted, my drink had a hair in it, workers were not wearing gloves while cooking and making food and drinks!

The staff here are always wonderful people. They always have a smile and have wonderful customer service. I have never had a bad experience at this store...wish I could say the same for Cumberland...

The employee did not speak good English. I asked him how much a dozen donuts were and he said, “$59”. Which obviously was wrong but there was no one to ask the correct price.
I also saw that several of the male employees had extremely long fingernails and they were black with dirt and grime. Kind of gross considering they make the donuts by hands. I ordered two chocolate donuts and he grabbed them with the plastic napkin but I saw his bare fingers touch the donuts and got grossed out.
You don’t get black nails like that unless you’re never washing your hands. I’ve seen diesel mechanics with cleaner hands.
I’ll be getting my donuts from Martins until they learn hygiene.

Placed an order ahead of time but wasn't ready when I got there because they were out of coffee... Had to wait for 10 minutes while they brewed more

Evening people great specially this one older lady the sweetest went in there today ordered ahead gave a few extra minutes got a coffee and two muffins ... coffee was not what I ordered at all and muffins weren't available upon arrival and I was hurrying to work so I just took it but really there was no one there they were just standing around eating and on phones which I have been in that kinda a business I dont care but at least make sure and order is ready and correct before you do because that was ridiculous and only reason I put 3 on there was because the lady in evening last week was amazing sweet kind ....

Bathrooms were large and relatively clean. The interior is big and boxy with high counter double-sided tables and regular cafe tables. Not a very inviting space.
This place is superb, and no one will ever change my mind. The staff is so friendly and the older man that’s in the drive thru is the sweetest person on earth. They’re always quick to make things, and everything you order is always made with excellence. The staff at this Dunkin deserve a raise. I could go on and on. I will travel the extra mile to go to the Lavale Dunkin over the Frostburg Dunkin anyday. I truly love this place.
