I'm sorry, but the staff at this place barely speaks English. I'm not kidding. The cashier kept saying "gas money" when she meant "cash", and she did not know what a credit card is. Very weird place. I think they are from India or Pakistan.

The donuts were the worst I have ever tried to eat. It appeared they all cake or yeast were made with what appeared to be a substance like wheat flour. They were dry flavorless
Ordered a pumpkin spice latte. When I got to the window it was an iced latte, rather than a hot latte. I explained that I wanted to hot latte, rather than the iced. She said it was my fault because I should have said I wanted the hot latte. I said “the person taking the order never clarified which I wanted either.” She still said it was my fault and made me pay for both the iced and hot latte. I never order coffee. I don’t drink coffee. I made the order for my daughter. So, I don’t know all the “rules” to ordering, but surely the staff should be trained to clarify. Poor customer service!

Had to wait until I tried it a few times for a good review. Was happy to get a doughnut and coffee drive thru in Lavale. But I would say it’s a disappointment. Staff is not that best and The doughnuts don’t seem to ever be fresh. And coffee is just okay. I go to Starbucks for my coffee now because they are a lot better.

I’ve always been a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts, but today I experienced the best customer service I’ve ever received at any fast food restaurant. One of the kindest employees I’ve ever met, who knows I’m a regular, saw me sitting in my car and took the initiative to offer to make my coffee and bring it out to me. I was truly humbled by the gesture.
I can’t recall a time when a fast food place has ever gone out of their way like that—certainly not even when I used to visit McDonald’s regularly. If I had called McDonald’s with a broken leg, they’d likely laugh at the idea of bringing my order outside! Dunkin’ Donuts in Cumberland has completely won me over. The staff here are incredible, and I’ll never go anywhere else for my coffee.
Parking: People leave their vehicles in this Plaza overnight all the time I've never known anyone to have any issues
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes everywhere in this Plaza is wheelchair accessible as far as I know
Apart from the delicious coffee, donuts and hot honey wake up wrap, the service here truly was a 10/10. Everyone was very kind and one gentleman in particular helped us solve a very difficult problem we were facing early in the morning. We will never forget your kindness!!!
