I am very happy we have other cultures investing in our community. Unfortunately, there is a huge communication gap. The Indians from India who run it have no idea and just start speaking gibberish to you. It's not an effective way to run a small business. It makes me sad because I am so happy they are in our community. I wish they would open a restaurant that is authentic to their culture. I would frequent it regardless of communication gap. But unfortunately again I will not return as the donuts are dry old and subpar. And I can not understand anything they are saying. If the food was their own there would be a reason to go again but I'm not going for. Dry old stale donut.

I don’t think I’ve ever had an order not messed up from this location. I ordered through the app & added for whip cream to be added to my coffee. My husband got home with my coffee and there indeed was not any whip cream. I wanted a donut. No surprise, they’re out of that donut. I don’t think they’ve ever been fully stocked with their product. All of October they advertised a special drink and donut. Everytime I went to Dunkin, including the last week of October I was told they didn’t have it. This location ain’t it.

I've been here several times. No one is ever courteous, polite or friendly. They look miserable, unhappy and generally angry to be waiting on you. Today, I stood at the donut counter for 5 minutes, while two women just stood there looking at the door. No one attempted to even assist me. One young girl/worker was playing with her foot at one of the tables. I just walked out. I love Dunkin' coffee, but the owner and his family are awful. After several terrible experiences, I'm done. They absolutely have no idea how to give good customer service and run a business. Sad.

Ordered a dozen donuts drove to get them to be told they don’t have them. This is not the first time this has happened and they can’t refund my money. This place SUCKS ! I ordered 4 jelly, 4 glazed, cream filled pretty basic donuts for a donut shop not to have and won’t make more. This was at 6pm and they don’t close until 9pm. Crispy cream will make them if you will wait , not this place and now I have to deal with trying to get my money back from the app DONT USE THE DUNKIN APP AT THIS PLACE!!!

Argumentative when told they got my order wrong. If you can't communicate well, you should not be taking orders. Staff arguing between themselves when confronted with a way incorrect order doughnuts were wrong, the drink order was wrong. The oder taker, Indian fellow, looked like he wanted to fight when told he got the order wrong. I don't know if it's new manage or owners, whatever it is, it isn't working and unfortunately, there won't be a 3rd time to get treated badly, they've lost me and my family of coffee addicts.
