The way the owner treated my family ( A party of 15 that made a reservation 2 weeks in advanced) was disgusting. He made us feel welcomed after a few interactions and even made the comments “don’t linger too long.”This isnt the first bad experience I’ve had here. They have over-charged my bank account before. When we went in to have it fixed the waitress had us write all of our information on it and said “the owner will call you later about it.”Someone get someone else in charge of this place, because this man does not know how to run a business.

Really BAD experience at ledos today. My son and daughter in law planed for over a week with the staff to have a little birthday party for my 2 year old grand daughter she loves the pizza. Well we all arrived and the manager came out and made a real butt of him self. Saying we couldn't take up all that room there was 18 of us. 2 large pizza 3 steak subs one salad and 2 kids meals. We were also told we could not buy 4 litter of soda we had to buy it by the glass and then buy refills. Needless to say we left since they were so busy with 2 people. And not to mention RUDE the manager not the girls they felt bad .We will never go back. My son and daughter was so embarrassed. Really feel the manager owes my son and daughter an apology. Thank you to the young man at little Cesar for his help with 5 pizza and 4 litter of soda.

Less than one star!The way I was treated by the owner was unbelievable. After weeks of planning with several employees, we were to have a birthday dinner with family (all of 15 people). All details were planned and made ahead of time with them. Our whole party was seated and pizzas were already made, when I went to order drinks, the manager met me at the counter and was very unpleasant and snippy. Made it very clear that we were not welcome and even said “don’t linger too long”.Aside from how ignorant the owner was, the only thing that I feel that needs mentioned.. is how great the other staff members were. The waitresses were so pleasant. Those girls deserve better. They apologized over and over, and were extremely nice from the minute we walked in, until we left. Very unfortunate that they have to work for such an ungrateful business owner.Ledo’s was our family’s favorite pizza in town, but we will never return.

What a bummer! My family loves this place but we have six children in our family so the waitress this evening told us because we are eight the gratuity is included in the bill. We had an almost thirteen dollar tip included in our bill tonight. We told the waitress we just wanted to pay our bill and we will give our own gratuity. The waitress said she had to go ask for approval on this and then came back and said it was denied. I really don’t understand this, even if we would’ve had a waitress that didn’t serve well we still would’ve had to pay what they charged us on the bill. It’s hard enough on the wallet for us to dine out with our whole family. I’m not sure if what they did is even legal.

Staying at a local hotel and decided on a pepperoni square pizza from this restaurant. They have a thicker crust which I didn't mind at all because it was pretty tasty and the sauce as well.

Celebrated my birthday with a friend today at your National Hwy, LaVale, MD location. Only two employees working. Cook and server. Food/ good, service good. Amazing job done with only two people at a busy lunch hour! AND, appreciate the clean women's restroom!

Food, fresh and tasty. The bread for my steak sub was extra good.Service was courteous and prompt. Atmosphere.... the accustics of the building allows sound to travel to a level that is a bit loud for some patrons like myself.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

If I had Amanda as my server every time, it would be a 5 star review. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Always a great experience with her!However, Marlena was a different story. She did not really listen to what I was saying. I felt rushed the entire time. It felt like if you didn't look like a "good tipper", you weren't worth the time/effort. Also not very professional. She had a brief convo with another employee, bad mouthing another employee that wasn't currently there.I get there can be tension between coworkers, but you shouldn't be talking about it out on the floor loud enough for everyone to hear you clearly.
