The McDonalds that's located in LaVale is probably the only McDonalds that knows how to build a burger. I don't know where they train people to make burgers but this is the only McDonalds that has it going on. ROCK ON! đ¤đ¤

Slow as dirt and cashier taking orders was rude. The proper response to thank you is.... YOU'RE WELCOME when picking up the food! Not nothing or yep! This one didn't even tell us the price or acknowledge she got out order. So slow!!!!

we were going in at 9:45pm (lobby) my partner told the cashier we were going to eat in and he rudely replied that the lobby closed in 10 minutes and it's like ok cool. Well he put our food in a bag (ok we'll eat in the parking lot đ¤ˇđźââď¸) as soon as we got out the door my partner pulled out the fries (got big Mac meals large) the large fries were half full with old fries and I took them back in. The cashier (who also was a manager) looked at me and said well I can give you two small fries I'm like no these are large fries and they are old. Do you want fresh fries? (A question that I was asked and it should have been obvious by the fact I wasn't happy receiving fries that looked like they sat there for at least 10 minutes) I stood at the counter watching to make sure that we got fresh fries, him watching me the whole time. The attitude and demeanor all together was that we were a bother just ordering. I worked fast food before and I know what it's like before the dining room closes and the fact that you get into the drop as needed situation but when we got there there was a couple of people sitting in the dining room and in the time it took it would have given us plenty of time to eat and be out (especially considering the drive thru picked up and they were parking and running food out the door) but it wasn't the case. Hopefully they get better.

Nobody at front desk. Service is very slow. Waited 20 minutes to get food after ordered. Workers using bad language and act like they donât want to be there. Sad to see McDonalds go down hill. Atmosphere is not welcoming especially to kids. Also, canât refill your drinks anymore have to go to front desk to ask and nobody is there to serve you. Have to yell to the back.

I couldnât get a double quarter pounder with cheese because they said they shut down the grill at 10:20 is whatever I asked they donât close till 11 come on man and then they said yeah we can do the normal burgers after I complained a little bit and that doesnât even make sense cause donât use The same grill for each patties I donât get it on that

Short Staff, Wrong Food , fries were barely warm no one was at the front desk you had to deal with the kiosk 5 dollar meal was out of stock (How could it be out of stock if they make cheeseburgers French fries and chicken nuggets every day) WILL NOT RETURN!!!

Kiosk ordering with food brought to the table. Friendly service. Typical McDonaldâs menu with quick service but not enough healthy choices to dine here regularly. Coffee is reliably very good.
I get between 5 and 8 iced caramel coffees five days a week for me and my employees and this morning about 10:50 am I purchased 5 and didn't realize only have of em had any flavoring,tasted like coffee.thats the second time it happened and that's why I'm leaving a poor review.

If I could give zero I would they where mean and nasty even rude to the little kids if u needed something u basically had to walk back there behind counter or yell at them and when u get ur food they slam it down on the counter very rude people

Worst McDonaldâs Iâve ever been in. The ladies room was absolutely disgusting. All the trash cans were overflowing. There was no soap in the dispensers. Tables in the restaurant were filthy.

Donât get ice cream. I had to wait several minutes before anyone answered at the drive through window. When we finally ordered the cups of ice cream weâre half full. When I ask why they were half full the person at the window did not answer me. When I ask again they just shut the window. Not going to this McDonaldâs again!
