They give out table tents that say to relax, our food is on its way. But then they call us up to pick it up instead of delivering it to our table. What's the point of making us type in the table tent number when we order if you aren't going to deliver it to our table??

This was probably the worst McDonald's I have every been too. The customer service was absolutely terrible and racist.It wasn't busy so we opted to dine in. It was literally us (a black family of 4) and one other white family of 2 who already had their food. We ordered on the mobile app and asked for it to be delivered to the table. After waiting over 15min out tray of food was sitting cold on the counter we did tell the manager that we selected the delivery option in which her response was there's only two people working and they don't know the numbers to the tables. The manager didn't know the table numbers??? There were 5people working behind the counter and two other employees sitting by the bathroom on computers. It felt very much like, they just didn't want to service the black family. If I could give zero stars with the review I would.

This is the worst McDonald's that I've ever been to in my life! They have told me every excuse in the last 6 months why they can't give me a frappe! I've heard that the machine is broke, that they are cleaning the machine (between 8-10am, REALLY?), that you don't have the actual product in stock to make it!! I've been able to get the product about 1 out of every 3 times I go there! Talk about horrible service!! WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!!!!!
