I usually order via the online app whenever I come into here so I can’t say anything about the ordering experience; however everyone here when I’ve picked up my mobile order has been nice! The coffee always is good and even if you make custom changes it comes out pretty quickly!

It was actually so bad. Waited at the window for over five minutes, it wasn't even busy, and we were the only car. I've had matcha's so many times and the matcha I got was horrible. It was bad I couldn't even drink it. I'm not saying that because it's not sweet because I do enjoy traditional matcha. The worker at the window took our card and was being kinda rude as well, which is really strange because that's never happened to me before at this Starbucks. The woman who took our order was so rude which made me want to voice my opinion she had a black hat with lots of pins on it and blonde hair and brown eyes. Never again am I returning, I'll rather go to Dunkin Donuts or somewhere else because at least the people there are decent.

So when did they stop putting coffee in their latte’s and frappe’s? The last couple weeks got there was only cream. Contents in them were pure white, just cream, no coffee. And it’s not just this Starbucks, it’s all of them. I travel all over and it’s getting to be the same at all of them.
Phoebee was great honestly this was the best service I ever had. I don’t know how much she’s getting paid but it’s not enough. 3/20/25

I seldom go to Starbucks because honestly it's out of my income level. I had received a small gift card and was excited to try the new pistachio flavoring that Starbucks had because I love pistachio. I went this morning and I was waited on by Rose who was super friendly. She suggested a drink to me, which was made perfectly. I even had issues with my card. She remained calm and understanding as I transfered money. I headed to work and didn't like the taste of the drink. I was wanting something super sweet and did not express that. So when I got off work I returned to Starbucks and explained my situation. There were no side eyes, no curt comments. They were very friendly and explained the pistachio there was not very sweet but would be sweet with regular sugar added. I was assisted in the morning by Rose and in the evening by Rose and Amy. They were both super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Thank you guys.
