This store is run very well I knew it was a summerwood location and that my food would be made correctly and they would have great service. I worked as an AGM for a summerwood Taco Bell and I ate at a restaurant in Tappahannock, VA the other day. It was one of the worst experiences ever, so I used the 10$ promo Taco Bell corporate provided because the Tappahannock store (not owned by summerwood) would not refund my order when the beans in the bean burritos were dry and still hard. I’m so glad I used the promo code at a summerwood location. Every taco bell I’ve been to that’s owned by summerwood has been run very well and the food has always been excellent.

No breakfast even though the sign says they do. This was very annoying for me and my family who went out of our way to get breakfast here after seeing their sign on line.

No service, order on kiosk that don't work, kitchen dirty , employees gathered in corner talking, once finally got to place order tacos were supposed to be the hard shell but the skimpy amount of meat and toppings was so greasy the shells were soaked, and soft and sticky, the actual meat and stuff was maybe a tablespoon, lettuce was almost non existent and no tomato or other traditional taco topping,

I don’t feel that it’s right for us to have to place our own order on a kios machine I would rather speak to someone to place my order there might be something different I want to tell them a kios doesn’t do that. Your staff are being paid to do a job, they need to do that. It’s called customer service not self service, next you will have us going back to prepare it. Just saying
