No service, order on kiosk that don't work, kitchen dirty , employees gathered in corner talking, once finally got to place order tacos were supposed to be the hard shell but the skimpy amount of meat and toppings was so greasy the shells were soaked, and soft and sticky, the actual meat and stuff was maybe a tablespoon, lettuce was almost non existent and no tomato or other traditional taco topping, Don't waste your time or money, pretty terrible tasting as well ,

I don’t feel that it’s right for us to have to place our own order on a kios machine I would rather speak to someone to place my order there might be something different I want to tell them a kios doesn’t do that. Your staff are being paid to do a job, they need to do that. It’s called customer service not self service, next you will have us going back to prepare it. Just saying

It's Taco Bell not a high end restaurant, the food isn't good, but it it's salty and cheesy so it'll do
Picked 3 mobile orders, I guess they are upset that we gave them 20 minutes to prep it but had an attitude (even after I pulled around for the 3rd order) everything was made poorly, cold, and was just a waste of money

I went to Taco Bell solely to try the Cheezit crunch wrap. It took forever for them to prepare the food. I ordered it to go but when I got home they had given me the wrong item - there wasn't a cheezit in the crunch wrap at all. I'm too far away to hassle with going back and it's very frustrating to have the only item you went for to be wrong, especially after such a long wait

Went through the drive through and the order was filled quickly and was 100% correct. We always say no cheese for everything ordered but frequently find some cheese in our orders but not at this location.
Vegetarian options: Can get items that come meatless, such as bean burritos or veggie Mexican Pizza. We always ask for crunchy tacos and for the beef to be subbed out with beans.
