Honestly what’s writing reviews but I’m tired of always placing an order and not receiving any sauce for my nuggets.. no napkins, no straws…. It’s like I have to physically be in person to get my order correct. I’m getting tired of always constantly never getting my order correctly.

Ordering a Big Mac and chicken nugget meal at 6:07pm, getting to window 1 for a receipt at 6:10pm and finally receiving my food with refried fries at 6:31pm is unacceptable
Bad customer service and they always give orders that are not even close to being ordered, they are very slow

09/29/2024- I ordered my food through the drive thru area to purchase a large fish o filet with shredded lettuce and Tomatoe. The outside young man repeated my order, it sounded right. As I approached the window to pay, the inside store tech repeated my order by saying “ filet with lettuce and BACON. I immediately called to his attention that the verbal order was wrong. He looked as if he corrected it. At the pick up window, I received the food, drove home, only to discover the wrong food order! However my receipt reads fish filet, lettuce and Tomatoe but the order literally was still wrong. There was BACON on my filet. I do not eat Pork! I do not eat BACON. Disappointed! Not happy!

Worst drive thru costumer service, we stopped today 08/27 at 10:30 pm drive thru cashier was very rude and inpatient, we barely get McDonald’s so we’re not really familiar with menu.
