No modifications done properly, no sauces. One single napkin and wrong drink. These guys are serious professionals and I think they're all going places in the world. Like Arby's perhaps.

McDonald's is so useless. Fast food takes longer than any other food except it kills you over time a makes you feel like crap 30 minutes later. I should never hand came here and now I'm tired of waiting for food. Im going next door to Chipotle where they can make better, healthier food faster. After making this review I still waiting. Terrible experience I was refused my order do to the fact someone on the location site didn’t want to serve me when I ordered a 5$ bag and constantly refused the double stack as well all money is good money I felt unwelcome and had to drive 15 minutes away to Wendy’s

I was waiting for my order for more then 30 minutes and I still never got my order this place focus on the drive through and the people out side and on the app it's telling us that we got the order but we didn't and the workers are not giving the orders inside the restaurant and then they gave us the food but they forgot the happy meal and at that point I had it with this place.

I ordered large smoothie and staff handed me 2/3 filled smoothie on Wednesday 12-04-2025 night. On asking to fill it up the employee started arguing that we can give this much. I called manager and she was rude and unprofessional. Through the serving window non of the employees were wearing gloves. I got food poisoning and ended up in hospital last night. The company head office should take action. And i will follow up with my lawyer as soon as i get well.

Went inside to eat with my family. Ordered at kiosk. I asked for my cup ahead of my meal bacause I needed something to drink. The guy at the front end kept asking me what I ordered and I kept telling him its for a “here” order number 5. He kept asking, I showed him my app and stressed to him that I aas having a medical emergency and needed to drink something. He refused to give me a cup telling me to ask a manager. So I reached behind the counter and got my own cup because it was an emergency. He is young and may mot know but if somebody is having a medical emergency, please have some grace with them. My glucose was declining and I felt myself getting dizzy and weak. I just needed a cup to get a drink to regulate my glucose. I could not stand right there and explain all of that WHILE HAVING A MDEICAL EMERGENCY. He was really rude. Although I already ordered and paid, what happened to the courtesy cup? If the cups were not accessible from where I was standing, I probably wouldve fainted. He added more stress to a very stressful situation I was already having.

Came here with my family tonight during the holiday and the people serving the food didn’t change their plastic gloves not once… I’m not even eating here but I’m a bit disgusted on how proper protocol isn’t even important any most in fast food. Overall cleanliness, changing the gloves while preparing the meal is the biggest thing for me. Customer was good.

Ordered food through doordash at 5:28pm didnt get it until 6:50pm two drivers they had to get and was still waiting fries were cold as hell and sandwiches to big Mac and fish Sandwich and doordash refused give me a refund called the store no-one answered will be contacting corporate office

The place is dirty and they ignored me for the longest I asked to order at the desk to get certain things and I was told you can’t order from the front desk I have to use kiosks. I then decided to just order for a friend that wanted just a sandwich and waiting 10+ mins for 1 back on McDouble nothing else just the sandwich people before me was served and they were ordering so much
