Extremely slow moving. Not super friendly. The time it said my stuff would be ready they just started making it.

Non-customers are allowed to take the seats of paying customers. I witnessed a derelict stumble in and mumble something to a group of 5 customers sitting at a table. They all left out of fear. I told him that was rude, they were customers, and he should at least buy something. He said he was going to buy something but that was a lie, he didn't. Another guy had brought in a huge desktop printer and was occupying 2 tables- one for his computer and one for his printer. I didn't see him drinking a coffee. I'll never go back to this Starbucks.

This location is my absolute favorite location in the DC Metro area. I will ALWAYS go out of my way to patronize this location specifically because my drinks are consistently made well and the service is great. I will be a forever customer as long as this is the norm as it has been for the last couple of years!

I love the iced coffees here, I usually always go to another location but this time I decided to stop here since I wanted my coffee after work. I've noticed the customer service is not interesting, the girl at the drive thru is very rude. I ordered the Ice Horchata Oatmilk drink and it was not what I wanted, it looked more like an iced coffee with old milk, which you can see in the glass. I realized when I tried it, it made me sick to my stomach, so be careful, these people don't care about their customers, much less if things are going well.

This is not my first worst experience at this location. I don’t mind paying extra for toppings or customizations, but when I do, I expect them to be done right. Lately, I’ve noticed the drinks don’t come as ordered, and it feels like the attention to detail just isn’t there especially when people are spending money and being specific with their order. I know it’s a drive-thru and things get busy, but a little more care would go a long way. It’s frustrating spending your money every morning just to get your order wrong and employees have an attitude when you send back your drink.

If I could give a 0 I would? If you want your drinks made right avoid this location at all costs!! They are consistently a screw up! Beware, you have been warned! They all need to be retrained on how to make drinks!!!!! A Disgrace To Starbucks Establishment!

This Starbucks is conveniently located right off Annapolis Road, making it an easy stop whether you're on the go or looking to sit and relax. The drive-through is a huge plus—you can grab your drink or food order without ever leaving your car.

Inside, there's a cozy sit-down area with colorful décor that gives the place a welcoming vibe. There's also an outdoor patio with umbrellas, which is perfect if you want to sit outside and get some work done or just enjoy your coffee.

The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and quick with getting orders out. I’ve only been here a few times, but they’ve gotten my order right every single visit, which I definitely appreciate.

A solid Starbucks spot all around—convenient, comfortable, and consistent.

I’m leaving this review because I’ve consistently had issues with my orders at this Starbucks, no matter how I place them through the app, inside the store, or the drive-thru.

It feels like things are being rushed, and I understand it gets busy, but I’d rather wait a little longer and get my order right than wait 20 minutes, get the wrong drink, and then wait another 20 to get it fixed.

I’ve noticed that even when the order is printed correctly on the sticker, it still gets made wrong. For example, I’ve ordered a cortado with no milk foam several times on the app, in person, and at the drive-thru. Every single time, it clearly says “NO FOAM” on the ticket, but I still get a drink with foam. That makes no sense. I end up having to go back inside to get it remade, basically getting a free drink I didn’t even ask for just because it wasn’t made right in the first place.

All I’m asking is for the team to slow down just a bit and double check the ticket before making the drinks. It would really improve the customer experience. Thank you.
