came here last week for some food , Was so satisfied with the young hispanic girl in the front , she went over all the meats with me and made my experience good, Really good customer service from the young hispanic girl would definitely be returning .

The hispanic girl was clearly sick and kept sneezing behind the counter. She only changed her gloves when I asked her to wash her hands before she makes my food she refused because she changed her gloves. The guy on duty claimed to be the manager and made my sandwich and said sorry but she changed her gloves. If someone is making my food the least they can do is wash their hands after, this place is unsanitary and lacks customer service.

The young Indian/Arab male at this location was more worried about me purchasing a few cookies and a drink over the fact that my pregnant sister needed to use the bathroom. As she stood there waiting for a key and me asking him to assist her he’d rather press me to hurry and choose the cookies. We will not be returning.

My sister and I went here to order some food and had a coupon. We placed our orders (both had cheese) and had our sandwiches toasted. After they came out the over the lady making the sandwich tells us that we did not inform her we had a coupon (which we did) and that she added extra cheese to one of the sandwiches so we’d have to pay for it. This would have been fine had we requested extra cheese but we didn’t. We also saw her make the sandwich and saw that the regular amount of cheese was placed on it. We told her this but she kept arguing back and forth and saying that the cheese had already been placed so we had no choice but to pay for it. She then also tried to charge us for 2 bags when we didn’t even ask for one. She was very rude in the manner she handled the situation and at the end we ended up paying the same price we’d pay with no coupon. I will never go back here if that is the kind of service I will be met with.
