The food is what it is. If you like it, I'm not going to yuck your yum.
The person bringing your food to the counter is fine, but not having anyone to take my order and force me to order on those stupid little tablets suck.
The restaurant is clean, but good through the drive thru if you want customer service.

I spent $90 in this place online order,I don't receive my son freeze my sauces & why must my potatoes be burnt dry & hard received this order at 8:50 pm Nov 21 2026 I'm sure whomever made this wouldn't eat it themselves so why must we be served this kind of food

Visited Taco Bell on 10/30/25 around 1:30 AM. The employee at the drive-thru yelled at me when I tried to place an order, saying they were closed, even though the sign clearly says open until 2 AM. Completely unprofessional behavior. If the store isn’t open until the posted time, fix the hours or the staff’s attitude.

Up until recently, this tacobell has been my go to when I crave it. I frequently order from here and my order is always fresh, well made, and accurate. But today, i placed an order through uber eats. I removed ingredients and purchased extra on some things. Everything was incorrect. My food also looks a mess. Some of the things I couldn’t even eat because i requested for things to be removed and they still added it. Don’t know if there’s new people working here but it’s like ordering from a different tacobell. Only reason im disappointed is because tacobell is not cheap and it’s a waste of money when things go this way. When I pull up to a fast food place I don’t expect spectacular service ever. But i also don’t expect or want to have to feel rushed and disrespected in the drive thru. Being rude takes too much effort I think the people working here should realize that. Overall, i haven’t had an issue with this location until recently so i’ll give it a few months before i try this place again.

Subject: Formal Complaint About Rude Service at Drive-Thru

Dear Taco Bell Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at one of your locations. During a recent visit to the drive-thru, I encountered an employee who was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we asked to speak with a manager, the employee responded by saying we were being rude and disrespectful to him, rather than addressing our concerns in a professional manner.

As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This experience has left me feeling unvalued and unwelcome, and it has discouraged me from returning to this location—or any other Taco Bell in the future.

I work hard for my money and choose where I spend it carefully. After this unpleasant encounter, I will no longer support this business unless steps are taken to improve customer service and accountability among your staff.

Please address this matter seriously. I would appreciate a response and information on how this issue will be handled.

Courteous and professional. Ran into a problem when I had ordered with a future pick up time of 530pm, but the restaurant made the order at 350. Probably was some kind of tech issue, but they remade all my food. Really appreciated the way they made it right immediately
