Subject: Formal Complaint About Rude Service at Drive-Thru
Dear Taco Bell Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at one of your locations. During a recent visit to the drive-thru, I encountered an employee who was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we asked to speak with a manager, the employee responded by saying we were being rude and disrespectful to him, rather than addressing our concerns in a professional manner.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This experience has left me feeling unvalued and unwelcome, and it has discouraged me from returning to this location—or any other Taco Bell in the future.
I work hard for my money and choose where I spend it carefully. After this unpleasant encounter, I will no longer support this business unless steps are taken to improve customer service and accountability among your staff.
Please address this matter seriously. I would appreciate a response and information on how this issue will be handled.

Courteous and professional. Ran into a problem when I had ordered with a future pick up time of 530pm, but the restaurant made the order at 350. Probably was some kind of tech issue, but they remade all my food. Really appreciated the way they made it right immediately

I didn't have problems with the food. I had problems with the drive-thru. It's not the first time has happened quite a few times at this particular Taco Bell. People get in the drive-thru and they don't know what they want and they sit there and block up the drive-thru. I was there on Tuesday I placed the mobile order I was on my way home I had gone to the store and bought some frozen food I had gone to another place to buy food for somebody else that was hot. There was only one person in front of me at the drive-thru and they were there for over 10 minutes. It turns out they couldn't decide what they wanted and when I figured that out and I got out of the car to talk to someone in the Taco Bell the woman starts yelling and screaming at me and telling me that if I didn't like waiting I should eat at home? If she didn't know what she wanted she should have stayed home and I blocked up the line! When I got home the hot food was cold! When I went to put it in the oven I fell down and hurt myself. I have issues with walking. When I went back again today I was trying to buy something new using the mobile order because in the past they ha e this thing called check in where you get a code but if you've already placed the order then how can you add something to your order if you don't know what it is that they're offering you and whether you want it or not so this time when I was there I was trying to figure out what to get and there was two cars behind me and they start telling me I'm blocking up the line and I have to get out of the line? It turns out I couldn't place a mobile order because the system was down. The manager came out and I told him that they need to tell people to get out of the line or like McDonald's does bring the food out. This is about the 7th time at least over the last couple years I've had the same problem at this Taco Bell
