I went to this particular location 3x times. The staff were none engaging. Then I was going to leave a tip and I noticed they added the tip without asking me. When I told the young man I did want to tip he caught an attitude with me. Ask me don’t just assume I want to tip you for bad service.

Idk, maybe it’s because the workers are super young, but the customer service sucks. One of the girls was in the middle of making our smoothies then walked from behind the counter to greet her friend. My daughter and I smoothies did not taste how they were supposed to.

Well, we showed up at 8:46 on Monday, February 5th and they wouldn't let us in. The open sign was on, but they were busy cleaning. I know it sucks when customers show up near closing time, but my daughter just finished a race at PG Sports and Learning Complex and wanted a smoothie to celebrate. I didn't realize that 9pm closing actually means 8:45.

I went to this location for the first time tonight. Usually I go to other ones that are closer to where I live or work, but I happened to be in the area. There were (3) young ladies all working very hard as it was towards the closing time. I was politely greeted by the first person I saw behind the counter. After a few seconds passed the cashier walked up and asked me if I was ready to place my order. My favorite smoothie is the "Mango Berry Cosmo" (without turbinado) which happens to be a seasonal recipe and not always readily available. She cheerfully agreed to make the smoothie herself, as a courtesy. It was delicious and the service was stellar. Long story short, great location with great people. Looking forward to coming again soon. Good vibes!

The customer service at this place is horrible I waited for 10min to be acknowledged about my order I have no issues with the LGBT Community but that young guy was on his phone the whole time very unprofessional customer service is everything when he finally acknowledged me he had a attitude with me in rolled his eyes something needs to be done

they charge more for the smoothie and the wrap! They started doing the covid 19 and never change back to the regular price. But if you go to any other tropical smoothie in the area, they give the fair price which is two dollars less.

Staff and the food were excellent.Mango monsoon smoothie and the peanut butter banana crunch flatbread were incredible.Would’ve easily received a 5/5, but the bathroom was dirty.Would highly recommend as long as you do not need to use the bathroom! ?

My family I walked into the Annapolis Rd location and it was highly disappointed to walk into an establishment and not to be greeted. The young lady with the blonde braids at the front counter did not once acknowledge customers and when asked a question she couldn’t open her mouth to respond but shook her head no at the question. My family and I left the establishment without purchasing anything due to poor customer service of the cashier.

This store is ghetto and unprofessional and I will never go here again. Purchased food for delivery as they advertise delivery. I get my food and there is food missing and I call the store to get my food and they tell me that I have to deal with Doordash as they are the ones who delivered the food. No refund, no send my food to me only try and get a refund from Doordash. As I paid Tropical Smoothie my money and not Doordash, I'm confused on how I have to deal with Doordash to get my food or refund, and the food is what I wanted. I will not be returning to this location ever.
