Even though this place is located in a very busy area with lots of customers, those staffs are always keep store clean, treat people politely, and work so hard. I really think they’re amazing

This McDonald's SUCKS!!👎 I tried to refill my soda here and the soda machine does not work, I went to the front desk counter and asked why the soda machine was not working. They said it has not WORKED FOR YEARS!! Then I tried asking for a refill, and they said THEY DON'T DO REFILLS!! Bro what!? What kind of McDonald's does not have a soda machine that works!? And no refills either!? I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS PLACE. This McDonald's is probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to!! My ratings to this place I give is this!! 👎👎👎👎

Came here night time I got a snack wrap meal and sauce which I got charged for when I ordered it waited 12 minutes for my food finally got i asked for my sauce and they said they ran out of all types of sauce which I doubted so I went back later and they handed me sauce which means she lied for no reason

Did drive thru and the staff was pleasant, Got a quarter pounder and this was the first time that I had a roll that was a bit hard and the burger not quite hot enough. Generally, we enjoy McDonald's, even if it's eaten on the road. Fries were good as always and my wife enjoyed her Spicy M crispy.

I bought something using points and they didn’t even give it to me so what was the point of me using them? They screamed at me for no reason and thats not a way you should treat your customers. Honestly, Miss ow McDonald's USED to be, back in the late 1990s - 2013. Especially when the Dollar Menu was there. Now... seeing the place like this, plus, mostly Hispanics [NO OFFENSE], no wonder I go to Wendy's, Chick-Fil-A & Arby's now. Don't see so much like this! Plus, Seen better & cleaning floors not like this & NEED more diversity - blacks, white, biracial, etc.. Won't see this in the locations in Virginia.
