Terrible customer service. I have been here both as a regular customer and as a DoorDash driver, and the experience is always the same. I have waited up to 35 minutes for an order, and the staff at the window are rude and completely dismissive. When you try to ask a simple question, they ignore you as if you do not exist. I understand the job is stressful, but it takes no effort to say an order is not ready. Leaving people waiting without any explanation is extremely frustrating and disrespectful. Very disappointing.

Hit or miss. Waiting 30 minutes and counting for this drive-thru, app-purchased meal. That’s unacceptable to me, especially for a fast food place. Where do you order an hour ahead and are not able to pick your food up when you get there? Especially when we ordered two of the same thing and we got one in the drive thru. So either someone eats without the other or someone’s food goes cold.

Lady at the drive thru she looks old during the night shift after 10 pm is the rudest lady out there 1/10
Worst service. The lady serving food, Calling ticketnumbers in spanish. Nobody understand anything. Then we went to get our food, we are standing in front calling her for food, she totally ignored.

Not as nice as the Baltimore Ave location but at least the staff can cook. I don't like how this location doesn't get more dinning room space or a MUCH needed remodel while the location with a horrible staff did. I wish the regional paid better attention to these reviews they chose the wrong location to get a little TLC.

Cashier was extremely rude! I ordered a large shake and medium fries. As I was returning to my seat with my order I took a sip of my shake and noticed I had received the wrong size (medium). I returned to the cashier with my receipt and politely said “ Sorry to bother you. I got the wrong size shake. I ordered a large” She replied “But you drank it though! DIDNT YOU!?!?” I literally took one sip… she then picked up a small trash can and slam dunked the shake like Dennis Rodman on roid rage. I simply wanted what I paid for. I can’t even imagine her behavior in an actual stressful situation.
