Honestly, Miss ow McDonald's USED to be, back in the late 1990s - 2013. Especially when the Dollar Menu was there. Now... seeing the place like this, plus, mostly Hispanics [NO OFFENSE], no wonder I go to Wendy's, Chick-Fil-A & Arby's now. Don't see so much like this! Plus, Seen better & cleaning floors not like this & NEED more diversity - blacks, white, biracial, etc.. Won't see this in the locations in Virginia.

Took 15 minutes to order in drive threw. Ordered a sweet tea and it was spoiled. The worst sweet tea I’ve had in my life! The second worst tea goes to someone who gave me a unsweetened but at least it wasn’t spoiled. Terrible

Second time experiencing inequity in service at this location. Fries container was half filled as was the sundae cup. Friend of mine, who was of Hispanic nationality, ordered identical items in vehicle after me and received full order. Will not be patronizing again.

I’ve been to some bad McDonald’s, but this is the worst. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve canceled orders because they don’t want to make them. I’m in the industry and I can tell you this is not how you conduct a business.

This is ridiculously smh they messed up your order at first and once you come back respectfully to let them know that they had gave you the wrong order mind you that two ppl checked before bagging it, they just laughed and proceeded to remove the item they putted wrong instead of remarking the order knowing that is already crossed contamination and is a matter of safety. To all of that they gave you a burned bagel and a cold meal which is unacceptable, what a poor service and care for their customers. I know many would say what do you expect it’s McDonald but no any restaurant should align with the food safety handling.
The food is the food. You know it’s garbage going in. I mean, it’s McD. We know it’s not real food. However, missing order items, up to 20 minutes for orders to be ready and most recently, a manager’s inability to work the register for over 15 minutes. Simply unacceptable

Very bad experience, unfortunately they sell you what they want, not what you are going to buy. Wasted money. If I could give it zero stars, I would do it with great pleasure. Very bad service. They have to give what the client asks for, not what you want.

Had to explain to the manger why a coupon was valid. DC United Coupon was for free drink with any purchase in Washington Metro area. Manager claimed since we weren’t in Washington, The coupon wasn’t valid at this location. The geography discussion was resolved.
