Had to explain to the manger why a coupon was valid. DC United Coupon was for free drink with any purchase in Washington Metro area. Manager claimed since we weren’t in Washington, The coupon wasn’t valid at this location. The geography discussion was resolved.
Abdou did a great job giving customer service. My mother doesn’t speak English and instead of him looking at her like she’s stupid or judging her, He tried his very best to speak Spanish and repeat the order to her in her language so she’d understand. Great job abdou ! Keep up the good work !
I haven't been there in a year. From previous experiences, this McDonald's French fries were literally basically pasta noodle strings. Wet and flabby & any time I ordered Uber eats/ Doordash etc. the apps would pick this McDonald's & every time I had missing items. Burgers, nuggets, drinks, & NEVER gave sauce.
