My late Dad and l had always visited this 75 pho shop weekly. The soup broth is always rich, tasty in dark brown color ( from lots of beef bone in the soup ). The base seasoning is just right- not so strong and is just enough for you to smell it from the place’s front door. Lean meat is very tender. What my Dad and l could never stand - whenever we went eat at different pho places - is that the 5 spice base is way too strong!? The broth isn’t rich and yet, too much sugar that...

The food was good. People said it has a different flavor from the one in Rosslyn, but I can't tell the difference.

This phở 75 is unreal. I have been going there for a last 30yrs. The taste was amazing and remains the same to date. Service is good, environment is a bit casual.
