This location is usually pretty accurate with orders but they’re so slow it hurts. Mainly the drive thru is really so, so I typically go inside but they’ve been getting slow with that too. I wish they would just fix that issue.

The entire crew and Shivam were very helpful! Will definitely return here. I asked for a small cup of hot water and they gave it to me for free…. Everywhere else I had to pat for someone as silly as hot water

I went inside to order, a simple iced coffee because they were busy… And also because I had to go to work soon, and I’m not lying to you when I say they served everyone that came in after me first to the point where I started screaming, and no one cared, of course they didn’t really shitty Dunkin’ Donuts, Don’t go in there unless you have nowhere to go for the rest of the day because that’s how long they’ll take

There’s always about 8 people working inside here but orders still take forever, food is usually over cooked and burnt or tastes like it’s been reheated 4 times. The trash can in the drive thru is always facing towards the building so u can’t throw anything away. Lazy lazy lazy.

On 4/3/25 went to store the lobby to exact 4b6491 or 486491Washington Blvd at 5:33pm. The guy in the store said they were close because they have started cleaning, I told him the sign says lobby 6pm. He said to me he has started cleaning so it close at 5:30. Told me the store had no phone number, and I can come in the morning if I want to talk to a manager. Very rude and disrespect.

Terrible service was in line for 20 minutes was ignored by staff not even a be with you in a min just completely ignored 😒 I work food service I understand busy days but 20 minutes and not one person saying I'll be with you in a minute behind me was like 8 people as well I just left BAD SERVICE
