Dunkin is so hit or miss nowadays since they don't make the donuts at the locations. Only had one Boston cream at 10 am. I rarely am able to get my first options and don't always have a back up plan.

This place appears to be clean but it's not, there were flying nats and flies around donuts, I mentioned it and they didn't remove the donuts. Also, I seen what appears to be a roach crawling.

The $6 advertisement is false. They charge regular prices at the window without letting you know. They don't refund any money back. I asked for the manager and they say it's no manager there. They are rude as hell. I will be disputing this.

Everyone I’ve dealt with over the past 4 months has had a major attitude when ordering. Makes me want to drive further for better service.
First of all the guy at the window called me a benchot second of all I ordered three large iced coffees less ice and he put ice all the way to the top when I asked him he said well I have to add charge you a dollar more for less ice. OK where is that charge? and why didn’t you charge me for it and how come you didn’t say anything when I asked for less like I always do and never get charged extra. This is ridiculous and he needs to get fired.

I loath this location. You will wait and wait and wait for 1 coffee that you placed an online order for for 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru. The drinks are never made correctly and the sandwiches are basically defrosted and handed out. They are not toasted in any way at all. They will not make right on orders placed and paid for online when they closed early either. This location is a joke with new employees every few days. I can go on but I think I've made my point.
Parking: Use the drive thru too! I've parked there many times for over 20 minutes. There's good shade in the mornings.

Ever since they changed everything. Who ever is the new owner made this location from the best dunkin ive been to with multiple selections to the worse dunkin ive been to. Just went in literally had 0 donuts how do u stay open til 8pm without donuts? I hope this dunkin gets shut down or gets a new

If America runs on Dunkin we should be running away from this location. I went to get a doughnut and there were only 3 selections available. You minus well close the store and do everyone a favor. Let's not even mention the staff who clearly don't have an inch of friendly customer service installed. What a way to waste a Dunkin!????????
