Dunkin is so hit or miss nowadays since they don't make the donuts at the locations. Only had one Boston cream at 10 am. I rarely am able to get my first options and don't always have a back up plan.
They could be a bit more patient. I understand that they’re is a morning rush hour, but what if I’m someone who doesn’t know the menu very well? I think because of their impatience they even burnt my croissant on purpose.(or maybe not) I said sorry when I got to the window and they were laughing. They take advantage of their position and if they found you tedious like you they’ll let you know.
Always good service and great food. The only downside is the entrance to the lot is very close to the light that is the entrance to a large shopping center and crowded. It makes it hard getting back out of DD at times.
