First time eating from this food truck. My burger was sloppy drenched in ketchup…have you ever smell a bunch of ketchup and it stinks the bread was not warmed it was cold the person taking orders hands were all over my sandwich when I told him it was the wrong sandwich…he took it back and ended up giving me the same sandwich back. I threw the $12 burger in the trash. I will never purchase from here again. Very disappointed

Very disappointed! Two members of our party waited in line 10 minutes to order four burgers. We then waited 20 minutes to get the burgers, none of which were correct. Soggy bun bottom, missing cheese, incorrect toppings, not the meat ordered… No one went back to say they were wrong as we didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for possibly the wrong orders again. It wasn’t just us that this happened to. We heard some others complaining. Edited to add that many of the reviews for their “90% recommended” aren’t even relevant to the food truck.

I have been eating Koopers burgers for at least 15 years. From the truck, and most recently from "Heavy Seas Taproom". This "new concept Smashburger" has me upset. Only because they ARE NOT flame-broiled. The flame-broiling is why many of us frequent Koopers'. Don't fix what is not broken. BRING BACK FLAME-BROILED BURGERS PLEASE!!!

The worst burger I’ve had in years. Had them at Big Truck. The meat was like charcoal. Elementary school cafeteria vibes. Stopped eating it after two bites. You can literally get meat from any grocery store and it will come out better. Hard to believe it’s a food truck. Wish I had taken a photo of it.

I frequent the brewery. Have never had a ‘correct order’ it’s really sad, cleanliness is 100% questionable at the food truck. The app to order has never worked. Bring your own food to the brewery.

We visited the food truck this evening for dinner. The burgers were hot, fresh, and delicious! The truffle fries were very good as well! Highly recommend.

I had a veggie burger from this food truck at my son's lacrosse tournament thinking the burger may be just ok BUT I was wrong! The veggie burger was soooo good! I would definitely visit them again.

About a dozen visits so far cuz we like Heavy Seas Brewery that is hosting this truck in their parking lot.Garlic Truffle French Fries are usually awesome and smell even better.Chicken wings have been a reliably good option.Cheese Curds: They appear to have solved the super spicy vs. bland issue by removing all spice from the curds and putting it into the creamy dipping sauce instead.Besides the above, the food has been pretty bad. One time a friend's burger smelled rancid and she didn't trust it so she threw it out. I've had one burger undercooked and another burger a bit dry, just tossed together with precooked, dry bacon that they couldn't bother to arrange evenly (pic).Veggie burgers cook differently than meat burgers. This cook is not aware. Wife usually sends her burger back to be cooked further. Just wasting your time and ours.I had a gyro (pic) which they served like a quesadilla, weird. Meat was overcooked n the sauce was just in the middle not spread around. The cook does not know what a gyro is supposed to be.Also had seafood gumbo (pic) it was cold. They need a microwave!!! Whatever uppity chef started this trend of "real kitchens don't have microwaves" is an idiot. You can't keep a vat of soup at temperature all day, the meat will dry out and flavors over blend. The best way to reheat cold soup is a microwave unless you have all day to monitor the temperature of every single bowl. After soup was warmed up it was better but everything tasted the same regardless if it was a bite of chicken or shrimp. Not ordering again.Loco potato wedges (pic) JUN2023 were actually quite good. A lot of melted cheese which was necessary to cover the large wedges.

“sooooo many truffle fries. ?”“buffalo burger, so it’s ‘cow safe’!”“OMG, an ice cream sandwich that’s bigger than our heads!!”[the service is REALLY good for a food truck, the food rocks (get the fries ‘crispy’) and the prices are fair. the only ding is for ‘Atmosphere’ but that’s purely because… well, how much ambience can a food truck bring?]“tell ‘em Kenny n’ Bob sent you!”“yeah, tell we said ‘yo!’”

Great dining experience and very good burgers. It was a lovely day sitting outdoors. The manager Steve was energetic and helpful. Both of our burgers came out excellent. The customer service was excellent.

Have ordered food here outside of Heavy Seas on several occasions... always delicious, fresh food! We have favorites, and tonight there are St. Patrick's specials like Scotch eggs. Wut? Yum. ?
