I had an amazing server (Devan), we were there for 4 hours and never felt pressured to hurry up and rush, always had refills when needed and just overall really friendly chill good service.

I went here for a quick meal today while there was barely any customers & I waited about 15 mins an nobody came to serve me I even went to the bathroom, came back & no one even came to offer me water or at least introduce themselves as my server I ended up leaving to go to another restaurant where the service was amazing & they were more busy than here!!! whomever was responsible for table 53 today for day shift was NOT a good server at all .

We arrived at 12:15 pm on Friday, place order at 2:25. It took an hour before the food was provided. They placed us near the side door, remember it was not packed, it was cold and you could smell the bathroom. They really should be rated a -1

Got sat down servers just walked by for 10 minutes ..stared us down ..offered no water , no one talked or let us know when a server would come…people in the back just chilling cleaning the bar when no-one was allowed to sit no one wanted to engage ..idk where the manager is but we left and went somewhere else

This review is for how the manager handles issues, I really appreciate that when my food wasn't made correctly that what I paid extra for was refunded to my card very swiftly I appreciate it and that's why I will come back and give the restaurant another try

IF ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION I WOULD GIVE IT {WE DID NOT EAT OUR FOOD We walked in at 10:30pm didnt get our appetizers untill 11:40 (JUST THE APPETIZERS) about 30 minutes after the appetizers came the food came my burger had wiskey sauce on it when i told them no sauce i also told them no pickles because im allergic however the pickles and sauce was in the burger my wife ordered grilled chicken with rice the chicken was just fat no meat and rice was cold and dry we also ordered chicken tenders however the chicken tenders were also cold and very dry Our waiter smelled like weed and was rapping very loudly with headphones on walking around the restaurant like he was at home music was so loud me and wife was yelling at each other just to have conversation the people at the bar was screaming so loud (no sports game was on) They were just yelling at eachother being very loud and disrespectful we was also sat by a homeless man coughing his lungs out (Not judging the man) but cmon they should do better as an establishment the bathroom smelled so bad and was dirty, we couldnt wait to just walk out of the restaurant all in all terrible experience you will be better off going through a drive thru

The first time we've never left a tip. She did not fill the cups, anything that was asked for was not brought I would have to get up and go get it. I had to ask for the check by getting up and finding her and then delivering the check to her with the card. When that was not returned in a long period of time I had to go find her again. I have never had such bad service. The food was okay. My daughter did not enjoy the new dish chicken parmesan alfredo. She never came back to check on our food or our drinks. You paid the bill and left. Very disappointed. And it was not busy at all.

This place is horrible! Service horrible! Staff unprofessional. Management Terrible!!! Server was stupid. She took my family order wrong can out with the incorrect platters and when told it was wrong she told my family no we ordered incorrectly. Which is crazy. Ppl come hungry they know exactly what they want. She was not apologetic, very nasty and rude. I held my composer having my family spoke with the manager who took her side and told me she’s his star employee and that’s surprising and went on to tell me about how he make sure thy take orders right. Then we had to wait another hour for the correct food well that came out and was still wrong. We ended up cancelling our order not eating. Ridiculous and it’s sad it our people. I will NEVER go back and don’t recommend this place to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, we waited 45 minutes for water. We waited an hour and a half for food and drinks other than water took a hour plus and we're incorrect and had to be sent back. Food was mediocre at best. Server disappeared for 25 minutes at a time.
