On saturday 4/20 around 4:10 pm i placed an order for a 12 ct nugget and received tender’s instead. I called the store a few times and left a voicemail. I didnt enjoy the food and gave it to my dog. This is the worst chick-fil-a in the area. You’re better off going 5 mins up the road to the Balk Hill location, I’ve never had a bad experience there. I came here because this location is closer to me. Decided to give them another try, and waited 40 mins in the drive thru for old tasting cold food. As an ex chick-fil-a employee, the company has clearly lost the standard they had in the past, this location is horrible.

To be honest, the food here is really good, but the service here really is trash, we ordered a kids meal, a salad, and two eight piece nuggets meal. First they said they didn’t have a kids toy, which usually they substitute it with something else but no, they wanted to charge me an extra ice cream, they also wanted to charge me for the fries that I changed for the Mac and cheese for. Then, for the salad, they told me they didn’t have the avocado dressing and they were charging me for two packets, I told them to either bring me a different dressing or to give me my money back for the salad. Then, they brought me the avocado dressing they supposedly didn’t have. I left because I was hungry, because we waiting for 40 minutes there. Worst chickfilla service ever. Also, the guy who brought me the food, would walk back and forth without the things I ordered, he came back 4 times, and he was missing items from my order every single time.

everytime I come here for breakfast they mess my order up then when I come back they make it seem as I'm being difficult my children wanted biscuits because I live a bit away by the time I make it back to exchange breakfast is over and I can't get wat I ordered with the excess of staff you would think they could Kd take their time and read the screen but some how my order always messed up I appreciate the manager offering other options but with children now it's gonna be a how come she/he got that

I have come to this CFA twice in last 3 years, because it is always so slow. There is always a 15-20 car drive thru line, so I only do carryout. I came in today at 438pm and I ended up leaving at 515pm! However, it should have not taken this long at all! After today, I will never return to this location. Ever.I ordered a kids 4 count nuggets meal and an 8 count nugget. That's it! I watched people fumble around and mess up orders + other people fuss at slow ? service. At minute 20, I went to counter and asked for refund.Service-wise, there is one teenage cashier person taking orders and the manager is bagging items. It seems silly because line becomes super long if 5 orders or more come in. Also, people kept returning to get ordrr errors fixed. By the time I left, there were 20+ patrons waiting and 2 people making orders. To make things worst, manager was having side convos and moved very slow. Also, both the cashier and order maker were running orders to curbside (talk about poor systems!).The workers seemed unhappy and no one told me "my pleasure " or even smiled. It felt like I was at a gas station not Chick-fil-A!After requesting my refund, the teen cashier promptly gave me my order in 10 seconds, after this. It was almost like they forgot I ordered. This is definitely a management and workload issue. The Bowie location made me the same meal in 3 minutes, 4 weeks ago.Sadly, I think this CFA will not exist next year. CFA Corporate is certainly tired of me reporting their bad service and getting refunds!You can't do bad business. Certain power players are"changing" the area with a new population ?. The newcomers/gentrif-iers will not accept this treatment. This will not be a total loss, I guess .Note: I was forced to miss an important phone call with a sick loved one, today ?. All because of this location and their tardiness. Shame on them.
Old fries, no sauce is put in the bag ever, long waits, slow service and staff don't seem to care. They don't answer the phone so you have to return wrong orders and file complaints in person and wait all over again for the correct order. Triple check your bag or better yet just go to Balk Hill.
