We had a great experience here using our monthly passes. It's clean and well organized. My main reason for the review though is that the employees were super helpful, friendly, and went above my expectations when we had a brief medical emergency (lost a medical device). With the mayhem of a weekend, I didnt expect them to really care much but they did and were so kind. The manager was out on the floor and kept the lines moving.

Today (Sunday, December 14th, 2025) I took my 3 daughters in for a few hours of fun. I’ve been coming here for years, normally with my best friend, today I was accompanied by my boyfriend. I have 2 fun passes due to one being deemed “inactive” for the last 3 months, even though it’s been coming out of my account. Every time I come in I can never get help rectifying the situation but today was slow so I repeatedly asked management to do their job & help me figure out why I was being charged but couldn’t use my account. All in all I spoke with someone over the phone & we figured out why the account wasn’t active, she corrected the error & made things right. By this point the teenager at the front (Lakia) is feeling herself being disrespectful & extremely passive aggressive. I told her I wouldn’t deal with her, in order to be rang up I wanted a manager cus I’m not dealing with disrespect. IN FRONT OF HER MANAGER she starts calling me out of my name (the B word) which honestly didn’t bother me. I’m very well put together & you can see my money on me so I already knew why she was mad. She didn’t like I was unbothered so she started talking about my children (called them the B word on top of a few other things). Management did & said NOTHING. I tried my best to teach her manners but my boyfriend wouldn’t allow me to discipline someone else’s child. I have never been so disrespected in my life, I could careless what that little girl (Lakia) said about me but what you’re not going to do is speak on my 5 year old daughters. This place is off the hook & I’ll be sure to make sure Lakia is no longer employeed by CEC Entertainment by Monday December 15th. All of management needs retraining. A total disgrace! For an employee to speak on my children like that & management just stand there & allow it…PATHETIC

We had an amazing experience at Chuck E. Cheese thanks to our party host, Promise! She was so sweet, patient, and attentive the entire time. She made sure everything ran smoothly and made my son feel so special on his big day. I truly appreciate her positive attitude and professionalism. Thank you, Promise, for making his party unforgettable!

Entertainment around 0350pm order 1 pizza at 0356pm total customers present 4. Around 415pm inquired about my pizza order, young lady came back stated just put it in the oven.. spoke with management ask how long it takes for a pizza to be ready. Manager stated 7 mins top cooked in the over. Pizza ready at 0432pm. Manager stated its about a 25min wait. I said no one is in here you said 7 mins to cook... Manager said you just walked in around 4 something.. I showed him receipt he walks away clueless. Poor service and women's restroom disgusting

We paid over a $100 dollars for a large pizza BITE size wings 2 drinks and like 30 mins of free play . They didn't have any straws or tops in a kids establishment kindly asked the manager if we could just get an extra cup told us we had to pay an extra 2 dollars for the cup. On a slow Monday they could've just gave us an extra cup for the inconvenience.
