My grandson had a birthday party this evening (Tues, Nov 19th) and the service was great, especially the young female employee Nisha!!! The manager was accommodating and pleasant as well.
Kid-friendliness: Nisha was very patient with the kids redeeming their points, which was appreciated.

When I arrived I was greeted by a employee name Avon and also manager Corey they was very welcome and help the customer service was a 10 out of 10 and help me with all my problems I had with Groupon when you spot place this location please ask for Avon or Corey you won’t regret it

I had a horrible experience last night while attending my nephew 2 Birthday party.. the staff and the Manger was very unprofessional.. They we treating the kids very rude.. I will not be attending that location again!!!!

I have been to the one in largo 5 times this year. An every time the kids have gotten sick with upper respiratory infections. I tried to call about this issue but have been unsuccessful. I even asked this last time when we got there if they could sanitize the play area? I was told that I could wipe the tables myself. Now I love going there but not for this type of treatment for the price I spent! An we had my son 3 yr old birthday party there. Now we're sick!

I'm on the phone with my sister who went to this particular Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate her friend's twin kids birthday. Here are the takeaways:
1. The server who helped their party was really nice. She was the birthday event server. Kudos to her professionalism. Gold ⭐ Star Service.
2. An employee who works in the gaming section (Gaming Attendant) in a blue shirt was nasty. Popping her lips in an unprofessional way. She came over to see what the party was doing digging under the game when a ball rolled under the game and they were trying to retrieve it. She asked them what they were doing, they explained, and she popped her lips because she was aggravated that she had to retrieve the ball instead of them now. Her slipshod behavior was unbecoming of a person working in a children's party / activity place.
3. Too many people gathered around the salad bar which seems very unhealthy.
4. Kids were running amuck unattended by parents.
All in all, this IS NOT a place my family said that they will celebrate at again. 1 ⭐ Star.

Great place for younger children. The food is a bit pricey but for convenience and a place to run out your energetic child that’s ok. The app helps with getting discounts. Overall this location is good. My little girl is 3 and loves it there. They’re very friendly and attentive. I love the size of the place because I can never lose my child (I’m by her side always) however if you are a person that allows your child to roam you wouldn’t have to be too worried. They place numbers on your wrist to ensure you’re leaving with the child you came with. Very nice.

Was there yesterday for my grandson birthday party I enjoyed the different things that has a kids zone and all the the new games for the kids and Kieth was very nice to me and my family and his staff can wait to come back and it’s a family friendly place was there for my grandson Zy’mir 1st birthday and my niece had her birthday party there for her 1st birthday
