Today I took my son to Chuck E. Cheese today, as I was waiting for my food this is what I see remind you this is place for kids to have fun and celebrate birthdays Im need yall to do better with dress code as matter of fact they shouldn’t have not let her in like that.
My only vex is the price that's it every thing else is amazing
Nice place for kids
The pizza never disappoints and we drive an hour to this location because it's the only location with Luigi's Mansion Arcade.
Good for kids
My daughter loves it can't complain they have the trampoline
Pretty chill they have a few different games than the other locations so my daughter enjoyed it . Would come back again
I did not notice till o hit home that I got charge items I did not order nor got. Bad service long lines
Imagine taking your child out for a night of fun then walking out to your window busted out. Furthermore, you go back into the establishment and ask them to run the cameras and they tell you they can’t. You would have to wait for the police and then a staff member makes a comment saying they break into someone’s car every Thursday. Obviously, whether you have money or not this is not a safe space to park your car.
Experience was very amazing, we had a great time celebrating my baby girl turning 1 years old

No complaints at this location! similar to another reviewer, “any location is better than the Annapolis location”. I have gone to this location several times and I can only remember 1-2 games not working. It’s clean and the staff is pleasant. I only go on weekdays because the thought of all of the chaos on weekends gives me anxiety; therefore, I can’t speak for the service or upkeep on their most busiest days. Don’t quote me but I do believe the food items are slightly higher than Annapolis. I ordered a mini pizza and a drink, the total was $19…I had to confirm my order. I politely told the cashier “never mind” lol I love having a membership, it’s sooooo worth it. $7.99 per month for 40 points is a steal. They have other options available but this is perfect for my babies.
I just wanted to take the time to leave a review for the lady at the front desk who helped me; I believe her name is Mi’Asia. We visited on Saturday after 5pm. The venue was extremely busy but this young lady was super polite and patient. She even came front the front desk to the game token desk to help when we were about to leave. She made our experience more pleasant.
Great improvements 👍🏽
DO NOT GO HERE YOUR CAR WILL GET BROKEN INTO & THE POLICE WILL NOT COME! 4 CARS IN TOTAL PARKED RIGHT IN FRONT OF CHUCKIE CHEESE.
I have always visited this location without any issues until yesterday. When I visited, my husband went to the car to get water for our two-year-old, who was thirsty after running around and enjoying the night. He was told he couldn’t bring water inside. He explained that it was for our two-year-old, who was thirsty. We were then told that if we wanted to drink water, we had to leave Chuck E. Cheese. At first, I thought this was a Chuck E. Cheese policy, but I’ve never been informed that we couldn’t bring water. I checked the Chuck E. Cheese policy, and nowhere does it state that. The person who told us this was actually a manager named Tye. She should not be a manager with this kind of unprofessionalism and attitude, especially in a kid-friendly environment. My children were even scared because we had to step outside to drink water. We then returned inside because our playtime was not over yet. Very unfortunate situation. Highly unpleasant
