Everything was great. The staff was helpful and nice. My problem was they did not check our stamps on the way out. That security measure is why we were there. My grandson could run around and I didn't have to worry about someone taking him.

Went in December for a 6 y.o birthday party & I was really surprised at how nice, clean & spacious it was. Party section had enough seating for kids & adults. Food was good. I ordered the sampler for me & my kids because we stayed well after the party ended. The sampler was breadsticks, wings & pizza. It was a plenty.for 3 of us & cost was affordable. Came to visit this Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party and i must say i would never go back again. When we first walked in instead of the lady greeting us at the door she was talking on her phone and looking at something on her phone. I’m thinking like wow this is rude. The place it self didn’t look dirty but as we were walking around i glance at the door and notice the security had a big gun that look like a Ak-47 and it was red. I’m like wth at a kids place. That was my sign to go. My son asked me why does the security have a big gun like that.If the security needs a visible huge gun to let people know he is packing then maybe ya should get metal detectors.

My first visit to Chucky Cheese and was quite surprised by the atmosphere.Parking: I'm a Senior with Handicap tags, so there was front door parking available and plenty of regular spaces, all within steps of the front door.

Well, hadn't been here for years and there was a mixup with a birthday reservation. A Manger allowed us to use the birthday deposit on food but wouldn't allow us to sit in the birthday area or offer us a birthday package today in a fairly empty restaurant. Could have made some $$$ today. Next time, we will just do Top Golf. With so many options in this area, I expect more. Also, why is there an armed police officer in a bullet proof vest here. I won't be here when it gets dark.

Took my granddaughter as a last minute to do something on her actual birthday which feel in a weekday. She had a ball. I paid for pizza, chicken, salad, and a drink. I didn't get a cup and I was given the wrong flavor chicken. The salad bar closed early and instead of them giving me my money back the bartered to bring the containers out one by one and I could fix a salad. The salad was stored too be all you can eat. All in all they tried, they were friendly, my granddaughter had a good time.Kid-friendliness: A place for kids to be a kid

This place is Huge compared to our local Chuck-E-Cheese. My 3 year old had a Blast and loved their toddler area....And the quality of the Salad Bar is actually Pretty Darn decent!
