Ledo Pizza Largo, MD - Largo Plaza

My wife ordered pizza on line and they asked for the name and I have the name and then they turn around and ask for my ID when my wife ordered it in her name. The crazy part is the woman just before me walks in and picks up her food and they didn't ask for her ID. Mind you I'm a white man and the woman that came in before me is an African American like my wife. Like really? Terrible service

Food was NOT ready at time promised online had to wait an additional 10 minutes.
No apologies offered and none given. Had to wait at the counter for 5 min before being acknowledged and 3 employees standing there thought to be part of the ownership which made it worse. When food was ready had to tell one of the employees that I also had a lemonade which without looking to double check was told no I didn't.
Now all of this while noone else was in the restaurant. There are too
many Ledo's to deal with service like that so I won't be going back to Campus Way in Largo if I ever decide to purchase Ledo's again!
Hieronically, I left a tip on Ledo's jacked up system asking if you want to leave a tip before paying for the order.

I ordered a gyro with extra sauce and this is what I received. It looks like 2 pieces of meat cut in half for $13!!!!! This is truly disappointing. I feel like I was robbed without a gun!!!!! Ledos is definitely going down hill. 🤬🤬🤬😒

It's surprisingly bad for a chain restaurant. I get Ledo all the time, first time at this location. Last time as well.

Great place, reasonably priced.

Called 35 minutes before closing and this worker said we’re no longer taking orders for the night and hung up the phone before I could even say hello. Terrible service.

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions and spinach; and a veggie calzone.

The pizza normally has been good, however, this time the pizza was very soggy. Like ithe crust was half baked.

The canzone was great.

This was 4 days ago and the whole pizza is in the fridge minus 6 pieces taken out of a medium pizza. Waste of money. And I hate wasting money.

The staff was ok. Customer service needs work.

So this Ledo used to be the best one in the area, but not more. My pizza wasn't done the bacon was raw and when I asked them to cook it they said it was done.

Pizzas are paper thin. Ordered family size lasagna for take out. Got home and the bread had mold.

Ordered online with a selected pickup time, thinking my pizzas would be HOT for dinner. Had no idea they were going to cook them and just leave them on the shelf.
Selected cheese and red pepper flake packets, received none.
If you don't care about the details, then this place is for you. I'm done!

I stop going there because the first time I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken They asked me which dressing and I said it's a Caesar salad casear dressing. The next time I ordered the same. when I got there, they told me my order wasn't ready. I set there for 10 minutes. Watching them walk around and not even checking to see if my food was there finally the young lady check to see if my food was ready and it was sitting on a counter the whole time. They ignored it. Then the next time I ordered a pizza came to pick it up they told me it was not ready. I sat there and watch them walk around. Look at the pizza. The guy checked the order. And I was there for 20 minutes when they finally check. And it was under another name and the pizza was sitting on the shelf. I believe they purposely did that because they knew who I was. Once again I ordered 2 Caesar salad with grilled chicken one with extra chicken. I got there to get my order. They told me it wasn't ready so I'll purposely. Wait to see how long it would take them to give me my order. And I saw a bag with 2 caesar salad sitting on the counter They never checked it. I sat there and waited 20 minutes and watched them walk passed it before they finally grabbed the bag and gave me my order. This is a follow-up to reviews I made here about Ledo's pizza. The owner contacted me. Ask me to email her that email does not work. I've tried calling the number in Annapolis, and that number is disconnected. So I don't know what's going on.

We've only done take out here. The pizza always delicious, the help always friendly and the service fast!
