COLD PIZZA! Ordered online with a selected pickup time, thinking my pizzas would be HOT for dinner. Had no idea they were going to cook them and just leave them on the shelf. I stop going there because the first time I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken They asked me which dressing and I said it's a Caesar salad casear dressing. The next time I ordered the same. when I got there, they told me my order wasn't ready. I set there for 10 minutes. Watching them walk around and not even checking to see if my food was there finally the young lady check to see if my food was ready and it was sitting on a counter the whole time. They ignored it. Then the next time I ordered a pizza came to pick it up they told me it was not ready. I sat there and watch them walk around. Look at the pizza. The guy checked the order. And I was there for 20 minutes when they finally check. And it was under another name and the pizza was sitting on the shelf. I believe they purposely did that because they knew who I was. Once again I ordered 2 Caesar salad with grilled chicken one with extra chicken. I got there to get my order. They told me it wasn't ready so I'll purposely. Wait to see how long it would take them to give me my order. And I saw a bag with 2 caesar salad sitting on the counter They never checked it. I sat there and waited 20 minutes and watched them walk passed it before they finally grabbed the bag and gave me my order. This is a follow-up to reviews I made here about Ledo's pizza. The owner contacted me. Ask me to email her that email does not work. I've tried calling the number in Annapolis, and that number is disconnected. So I don't know what's going on.

I had a coupon for a free small cheese pizza. Used it today online and the pizza wasn’t hot when I picked it up (25 minutes after I placed my order), and within a few minutes of the time they said it would be ready. The pizza was dark but I didn’t think anything of it. Of course they showed the pizza before giving the box but I couldn’t tell if it would be good until I ate it. Very disappointing as it didn’t taste fresh and wasn’t even hot. This location used to be one of the best. The photo may not do it justice, just know that it was hard like a cracker and barely warm. It’s out of my way to take it back.

The pizza is good. I ordered a sweet tea it was DISGUSTING & he attempted to over charge me. Then I ordered a Pepsi it was hot maybe the fridge is broke. Either way the workers act as if you’re bothering them by coming here!

I just came here with both my sisters. I ordered first and they ordered behind me. All I ordered was chicken Alfredo and a bottle of water. And my sisters ordered the same and another item. For some reason I got my food AFTER both of my sisters and after a couple other people. I had to wait 22 minutes for my food. VERY UNORGANIZED. As I was going up to the counter to ask for a refund, my food was ready. I searched through the bag.. my extra Alfredo I asked for wasn’t in there. So I had to ask for it.. my sister was also missing her Alfredo sauce and my other sister was missing her blue cheese. Never coming back. Our Alfredo was also very watery. This place is TERRIBLE .

I’ve never wrote a bad review before but today was the exception. As soon as I entered the store I was overwhelmed by the horrendous smell. I don’t know what it was but my initial thought was that it smelled like a bathroom. A porta-potty to be specific. I already had a bad feeling from this initial experience. When I walked up to the counter the older black lady was very snappy and I received an unnecessary attitude when I was just trying to clarify the lunch discount. Environment bad ✅ Service bad ✅ so my only hope was the food. I had to wait 20 minutes for the wings and fries so I immediately asked for the drink to hold me over. The fruit punch wasn’t the best and according to the Ledo’s website they use Tropicana. I’ve tried Tropicana and it has never tasted that bad before but I didn’t allow this to phase me. Anyways, after the 20 minutes of waiting I received my wings and fries. Immediately as I opened my bag I opened the fries and there were very few. The wings disappointed me even more. I ordered the hot honey wings and they tasted atrocious. There was no spice and it tasted like someone poured maple syrup on the wings. I do recognise that Ledo’s isn’t known for their wings or fries. I really just wanted a drink and the pizza didn’t come with that (for the lunch special). Regardless, the restaurant shouldn’t smell like a dirty restroom and the service shouldn’t be so bad to the point where I don’t want to return. Do better.

They need new management and I’m a first time customer I called at 9:24 to order a large pizza the man who answered I guessing was one of the managers because he had on a black shirt how I called to order a pizza he said I can’t because I’m closing @ 10 I said it 9:24pm he said “how far are you” I said “3mins” he said “do you know where our location is” I said “yes” he said “where” I said “sir I’m 2mins always” I walked in ask for a LARGE PIZZA WITH WINGS This man is not listening he tryn get me out there soo fast he charged me $31 for 12 wings and my wings was ready I asked where is the pizza he said “you didn’t ask for pizza” I said yess I did he argue me down say I didn’t ask for a pizza then say “people like you call all the time and don’t pick up food” I said “I’m a first time customer that’s has nothing to do with me” I’m here in person ordering and paying” really just messed my whole night up my kids are hungry so we have to settle for little Cesar
