I order via online the lunch special. When it was time to pick up, I went into the restaurant to pick up my order. The cashier was on her phone when I walked in AND when I was standing in front of her at the counter. I had to say "excuse me" for her to stop being on the phone (and never made eye contact). Now for the food: my meatballs were tasteless and the bread tasted old and freezer burned . I normally go to the Bowie location but I was feeling lazy - boy have I learned my lesson!!

I like to spend money in my neighborhood. But for pizza at Ledos, that's gonna be impossible ?. This Largo Ledos is the worst and I love Ledos ?. I for the 3rd time ordered a pizza from them and each time it was wrong. At some point you get tired of the "I'm sorry". Like my mom says "there's a enough sorry people in the ? don't jump on the band wagon". Everything is so expensive. I'm unable to drive now so having to pay to get it delivered is a bummer only to get the wrong order. Or rather the pizza they wanted me to have even though I paid for it.Spoke with the manager (the most worthless call ever made in my life). Third times a charm. Largo Ledos will never be patronized by me ever in life and if the name Ledos wants to continue to have the delicious status the have, I would suggest you get them out of the franchise.

Pizza and salads delicious because you just can’t go wrong. Place was old but clean. Staff was friendly by girl at register may have been new. They have a huge plastic shield so it’s possible why she got my order wrong. She fixed it no problem. Asked me what dressing and sauce I needed for the salad and tenders and I told her. Also told her I would be dining in. When some of my food was ready she put it in a plastic bag and put a double knot even though she saw me sitting with my family. No big deal. I go to sit down and open the bag. There is no salad dressing, no sauce for the tenders, no forks, no napkins, nothing. Btw my pizza was still not ready. I go back to the front and she says oh yeah I forgot. The other staff member gives me the sauces and then offers me plates etc since he clearly saw me sitting with my family. The pizza was ready 5 min later and all was good.

My experience was good. I got Stromboli it was good. I ordered on line food was ready when said it would be. Take your ID because they want to verify. I was a little bothered I had to walk back to car.
