The food was very very salty. Their were a group of people that were cussing and describing sexual act . They were older people. The staff kept walking over trash on the floor repeatedly. I will not be returning and will not recommend either.

My grandson graduated from high school and my family decided to dine at LongHorn.

My family waited for more than 10 minutes before being seated. While other guests who arrived after my family were seated before us.

After the wait, we were finally seated. We waited and waited before a server asked if our orders had been taken. NO!

I was told that the table assigned to my family didn't have a designated server. Someone was finally designated to take our orders. After the orders were placed there was another Long wait time before the food was delivered.

The restaurant wasn't full so I didn't understand the long wait time. Sitting my family at a table that hadn’t been assigned a waiter was a mystery to me.

Overall, this wasn't a good experience.

The bartender did not introduce herself and she was extremely slow serving my girlfriend and me. We weren't offered bread. Our drinks were made extremely strong. I ordered lemon garlic chicken which was too salty and had a 4 inch HAIR in the sauce. My gf ordered filet with mashed and her mashed came out cold. Overall, our worst experience in a Longhorn. Mind you, we've visited multiple locations across the east coast.

The host was friendly-ish and got us to a table quick (2-top), however, our server seemed to speed run our entire service. We saw him 5 times total throughout 1 hour & 1/2, 3 of which was when he dropped off the bill and was cleaning our table. He grabbed our order, brought out our drinks but forgot the lemon and bread. We reminded him of both and he only delivered the lemon by dropping it off as he was walking by without making sure we had everything. Lastly, he forgot to check up on us after a random waiter dropped off our food. Therefore, we were left without silverware for a few minutes. The food was also really mid, the steak wasn’t seasoned well and our mashed potatoes were warm at best. It seemed like everyone wanted to go home, which I understand but we were also there at 9pm when they close at 11 and we were out by 10:15.

Listen I went to this Resturant to vibe with friends and to get a drink!! I sat at the bar no wait!! It was packed out on Sunday night though! The bartender Bj was great! Friendly and customer service was 10 out of 10! My wings was hot and delicious and my bread was good too! Only complaint the floor was really wet coming from the kitchen into the dinning room! Being that I had a fall in restaurant kinda triggering but other than that I would recommend! I went back the next day for lunch! Different bartender same service!! Excellent!! Berry Sangria chefs kiss! …. Not gonna lie even with a predominantly all black staff even down to the kitchen staff! I must say I was impressed! Customer service alone I will be back!!!

Walked in for lunch 12 noon, right before opening.The Lobby was filthy, as if it hasn't been mopped and cleaned in months. Dirty used napkins as you walk in the place. The glass doors and handles greasy, sticky the lobby was a mess. If the lobby looks this way, can you imagine what the kitchen looks like. The have pictures to prove the filthy lobby.
