I visited Longhorn in Bowie, MD. The place was freezing a lot of people still had their coats on. The food was ok, a little cold not much flavor but what made it better was the service of this young man and I wish I knew his name. This young man was on point with everything: knew the menu, attentive to our wants and needs, stopped a lot to check on our table, Courteous, Respectful, fast. He made the real difference. He took his job serious. We need more customer service and serves like this young man.

This was very disappointing. I had a reservation for 2:45 and didn’t get seated until 3pm. It was very chill here so I know it being busy or “short” staffed wasn’t the problem. Upon arrival I was walked past serval times and nobody asked have I been assisted nor was I greeted. It took around 25 minutes for my food to come out and it was wrong I ordered Parmesan crusted fries with tenders and it had no bacon. She brought the food back out and I asked did they just slap the bacon on top and she said no but the fries were nearly burned and it was on the same plate as before. She walked past multiple times and didn’t check on us nor offer us refills. While she was semi nice you could tell she didn’t care. The spinach dip was the only thing acceptable . Once we requested refills she brought us the wrong drinks. At the end of me leaving I seen 2 staff in the bathroom having full conversations nothing related to work and I didn’t want to use the bathroom because of how unsanitary it was. There was literally poop on the toilet, trash on the floor and sink.

If I could give zero stars I would my experience at this longhorn was terrible the manager is terrible the wait staff is terrible the black lady police officer is terrible I came to this spot ready to eat and first of all the service that the server did not put my appetizer of wings in and told me that the staff had to prep it and it was no more just for a waitress to walk past me with wings that was the first mistake. Second mistake was it took them 30 minutes to bring me my drink that pissed that that was terrible. The third thing was we ordered a steak and a salmon. The salmon came out raw and instead of the Manager fixing it she was in the back wouldn’t come would not come talk to us about it, and when I told the waiter that the food was raw he went and told the police officer that I was arguing with them even though I wasn’t arguing with them. I just was pointing out that they served us some raw salmon so I asked for the bill and they still had the salmon on the belt, even though the salmon was raw, I would never come here. I would recommend no one come here. I mean the Longhorn sign is not even lit up. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. Never come here it’s also stinks like the a sewage back up. Worst location ever

This location is great for NW stadium pre and post activities. Our server was great, however it was just a little too crowded for my liking on a Friday night.

Food was good. dirty menu with sticky substance on it. Waitress walking around arguing with coworkers and venting to customers about their workload and ppl tipping seemed wildly unprofessional. After we ordered it was as if we dropped off the servers radar. No drink refills no checking on us, literally had to go to empty table to get sauce. Then when we got half way into our meal pops up with boxes asking if we were ready for check. Good food poor service etiquette
The waiter wasnt fast we sat their for 20 mins before being served and the waitress didn’t provide bread to use like the other tables we had to ask another waitress to bring bread for us plus my wild Wild West shrimp was warm not hot and the steak was to chewy.

However, numerous guests who arrived after us were seated while we remained the only family still waiting, even though there were plenty of available tables. Being told this was due to a server transition is unacceptable and reflects poor customer service.

I ordered food to go . They never brought bit out after calling twice I went inside the lying manager Shabazz said I was never charged but my bank says something different. Said he have me a refund . But no receipt

Not bad at all. Stopped in for a quick bite on Sunday as soon as they opened. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Started with the bread and it was hot and pretty good. My wife ordered the 6oz sirloin with the loaded bake potato and she also ordered the strawberry salad which was amazing. Fresh greens and fruit with a dressing that compliments the salad perfectly. I grabbed the smokehouse wings and the stuffed mushrooms which I highly recommend. Overall place was clean, the beer was cold, and I enjoyed everything that was served. We’ll be back for sure.
