I have lost everything in me that used to like this place. When simple shit ain't working. Time to find another place.
It has two drive through, and even though Iwas were first, the other drive through got served before me.

This location has horrible service and incompetent staff. I was charged for a meal that they refused to give me, and told me to take it up with my bank. If you simply want fast food, don’t eat here.

This is a struggle location. Once found chewed gum in my kids happy meal box. Tried to call and complain and no one picked up. Other visits are OK. Usually something wrong with order (wrong sauce, apples instead of fries, juice instead of milk, etc).
Not actually 24 hours so they shouldn’t advertise it as such. I came at 3:02 and they said they open at 4.

No spoons for McFlurry, no ketchap and honey mustard that I ordered, and even no cups for sprite? Do I drink it with mouth? What a best McDonald's I have ever visited!
They charged me $7.99 for a Happy Meal and the receipt was not for the Happy Meal, it was for the car in front of mine and the lady told me, so as not to accept her mistake, that the Happy Meal costs $7.99 ? Nowhere else had they told me that it costs that much

Ordered the smoked bacon burger and fries. The burger had raw bacon on it.
The fries were not cooked enough, like they cooked until they got warm only. Soggy fries. I ordered carry out to eat right away, not to bring home to finish cooking.
Please teach employees the proper way to cook food so as not to make someone sick later. As for the smoked bacon burger, drop from menue.

I found the service poor . There was a disconnect between ordering and pay station. I had a survey coupon and they wanted to charge me for someone’s else order. Worse they gave me a receipt that was unreadable so I couldn’t get a discount on my next order , and this is not the only time I received a receipt that was unreadable. Then at pickup I asked for a bag with a handle to make it easier for me to carry and I had to pull into a parking space and wait several minutes…..and lastly the young lady at the pay station acted like I had made a mistake in ordering, which I am certain was not the case . I am a former McDonlds employee and was taking orders before she was born..If I had done something even close to what she said to me , I would have been given customer service training.

They don't even deserve a STAR! The drive thru is the worst...I always preorder before arriving and I am always asked to pull up and wait for my order to come out. Meanwhile they have forgotten, or they're just taking their time. The workers of "ALL" nationality are very rude and disrespectful,
