I was there Saturday night. The bartender was the worst. He had an attitude like he didn't really want to be there. Never checked on us after the first round when the bar was basically empty. My long island was weird and watered down. A bug was in my second drink. I told the bartender, and he snatched the drink up like I had done something wrong. I'm never going there again.
The take out portion is absolutely terrible. They either for get items or takes over an hour to get your food. You order ahead for a reason and still don’t get food for over and hour. This location is the worse in the area. Brought us our order and it was only salad and bread no entree. So still had to wait. App said my order was ready arrive and it’s not. They need to do some serious rehiring or new management because they aren’t doing a good job
First time coming here to eat the service was good the food was good came on a Saturdaywill be coming back
This location is just horrible!! The bar tenders always have an attitude,or will roll their eyes at you when you ask for something, or won't clean the table after people are finished eating so you're drinking around dirty dishes.. every time I go there is always new folks.. management needs to change coz that's why they have shitty employees.. you can hear them cussing while talking to each other... talking all loud like they're tryna impress someone🤦🏾♀️...I only go coz my man loves the steak there.. went there last night didn't 100$ n left no tip.. but i did tell her to work on her attitude... she was off putting ... her name was Teetee
We went there for a quick Mother's Day meal before seeing a movie. We ordered an appetizer and three meals, I ordered the prime rib. After a while, the server came back to inform me that there was no more prime rib and if there was anything else that I wanted, so I ordered a burger. After waiting again, we noticed that people that came in after us were getting their food. The server apologized and explained that it was a miscommunication from the kitchen and they started our food when she came back to get my replacement order, but our food was coming right out. This was a little upsetting, since we had plans afterwards and we spent so much time waiting.
The management and employees really go above and beyond! It's very clear that they prioritize giving a wonderful customer service experience. They were dealing with some issues due to the chaos of Mother's Day— which honestly seemed pretty unavoidable-- but they were so kind and really did everything they could to ensure that our experience wasn't tarnished by that. Also, the food was absolutely delicious!

Worst service ever, I felt rushed, my plates were shoved into face and thrown on table. Hostess too busy with personal call, guess my server thought she wasn't getting good tip cause I was by myself, maybe that was why she was in a rush to get me out. Hadn't even finished last bite of steak before I was asked how I was paying, seemed like I was getting an attitude whole time. Good thing I didn't want dessert or had any issues with food might have been asked to leave. Sad thing is this was 1st time at Outback, cause my family is not a big steakhouse family, so I had some time to myself, and wanted steak. Should have just went home. If it was because they thought I was not a good tipper due to being by myself they are wrong, but she will not know, because of service received (still gave almost $10 even though she didn't deserve it, but I am not a jerk). Hopefully she changes cause don't think I am going back to Outback
Sat at the bar, and the bartender didn't acknowledge me and my friend after close to 15 minutes. Another worker gave her a hint that we were there and still nothing. We eventually left. Never return to that location. Can't go where you are not wanted. Rudeness.

Just left this Outback and our experience was awful!! Our server never came back to refill drinks, I had to ask if we could place our entree order, the sirlions were overcooked (but we couldn't send them back because we didn't see our server), sides were missing for the entrees once received, the runner got the sides, all sauces, and to go containers, and finally we used the table kiosk to checkout before the server came so I could remind him of my dessert. We don't live in this area but my husband works here and I often travel to DC. We will NEVER come back to THIS establishment but will try another outback.
People have their preferences but I found my serloin steak to be really good, server nice and very on point with the order and for the price you literally can’t complain if it wasn’t for the fact that this location is a bit of a drive for me I would go often great deal food and service
I came yesterday evening . I actually had a pretty ok experience however, here’s some things I noticed;
When we arrived there was no host at the front ( he could have been busy he was sweet and polite so we got over standing their for a little while) The staff were having private conversations amongst themselves in sight and ear shot of the guests .The bartender was being unwelcoming toward the end of the night. At one point literally saying loudly something about people getting TF out etc .
other than that it was ok. I did like the sever and food was cool too .
I waited for an hour at curbside then when I went into restaurant they couldn't find my food. It was sitting cold on the counter the whole time then they tried to send it home with me. The manager was polite he remade the meal the food was good but the to go experience was terrible
The staff took good care of me and had a delicious steak salad
