When I dined in prior to this order Our waitress Faith was awesome and the manager seated us she was very polite. Now I did a carry out order a bout a month ago or two called right back one order of my wings were missing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at Outback in Largo, MD. The shift manager personally checked on my table and another nearby—such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel special. My order was accurate and absolutely delicious. The servers were attentive, friendly, and made the entire dining experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine hospitality these days, and it really stood out. I’ll definitely be returning for both the great food and the warm, professional service. Highly recommend!

Atmosphere were chaotic Sunday evening. Please put appropriate number of staffing and ensure proper quality control...my order was missing Fries and Loaded Mashed Potatoes....thankfully I checked and it was rectified before leaving the location. Food was amazing as always.

Very Disappointed!
My group decided to dine at Outback because we wanted a Blooming Onion. The Onion was the first item we ordered.
When the Onion was delivered, it was burnt, over cooked. I told the server to take the Onion back because of its appearance. We didn't want it.
The restaurant Manager came to our table and informed my group that the Onion shouldn't have been served. He offered to replace the Onion without cost. We agreed.
The second Blooming Onion didn't look much better than the first. Disappointed!
The taste of the other food items was ok, nothing special.

Side conversations can be heard by waiters and waitresses. The young ladies on pickup are on point. The Manager looks like the dishwasher. I surely didnt think he was the manager. Instead of saying they were unable to fullfil the order, the manager tells me they never received it. Then why alert me to say the order is ready. Yall got to get it together

After taking a few days to reflect, I honestly feel like our server, Jamar, became an unfortunate casualty of a larger issue. He was stuck in the middle, clearly frustrated and overwhelmed by the situation.
Our experience started with both soups arriving cold. Then we ordered a salad with specific instructions: no dressing, no cheese. Unfortunately, it came with both. We mentioned these issues to Jamar, and while he acknowledged them, he seemed visibly annoyed.
Next, we ordered a Ketel One and tonic, but it was completely flat. When we brought this up, Jamar took the drink… and never came back. No replacement, no water, nothing. Just vanished. LOL
Eventually, a new manager named Kendra came by to check in, it was her first day. She was kind, apologized for everything, got us fresh soups, and comped the food (that too came out cold). Her effort was appreciated, but the kitchen/bar clearly needs more structure and consistency.
We spent about 90 minutes there and only managed to get through a bowl of soup and a cocktail each. The front-of-house staff, like Jamar, are taking the heat for problems that seem to stem from the back. I really hope things turn around under the new management.
