I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at Outback in Largo, MD. The shift manager personally checked on my table and another nearby—such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel special. My order was accurate and absolutely delicious. The servers were attentive, friendly, and made the entire dining experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine hospitality these days, and it really stood out. I’ll definitely be returning for both...

Atmosphere were chaotic Sunday evening. Please put appropriate number of staffing and ensure proper quality control...my order was missing Fries and Loaded Mashed Potatoes....thankfully I checked and it was rectified before leaving the location. Food was amazing as always.
