I Called to place an order, 25 mins before they closed, okay, I get it, the guy answered the phone at 11:15 and said we’re closed and hung up the phone on me, the website says they close at 11:45p. His behavior was uncalled for and HELLA RUDE. ESPECIALLY SINCE WE ARE REPEAT CUSTOMERS TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! SMH.

my food was delivered. wAs quicker than I thought. Excellent customer service from the time I placed order to delivery. very professional. food too delicious. I ordered meat lover pizZa, steak shrimp sandwich, bacon fries and buffalo wingsthank you so much Bolis for making me feel like family. I referred 2 friends and they were just as impressed.
We have been regularly ordering food from this location. Typically, my wife places orders over the phone for delivery. However, today she decided to pick up our order in person.Upon arriving at the store and providing her order number, one of the employees made a comment that was both unnecessary and unprofessional. He remarked, "We were listening to her voice, and now we see her face too."Such remarks are uncalled for and create a negative customer experience.Repeatedly, I have observed your staff making inappropriate comments about customers, including remarks about their appearance and attire. It's better provide some training to your employees and request them to keep their mouth shut. Thanks.

I called in an order for delivery and the driver took it to the wrong house. I had to yell to the driver to bring it to me. The pizza and wings are delicious. The cheese steaks are not that great.

I’ve been going to this pizza bolis location for over 3 yrs now ! The food that was delivered to my home last night was unacceptable! Food was not fresh .The pizza tasted so nasty my boyfriend refused to eat another bite. The delivery man was very impatient and lowkey rude on the phone as well as in person .I will not be supporting this establishment & I’ll warn others to take their hard earned money elsewhere !$50 wasted and into the garbage !!!!!!!

I ordered a small pizza and then the guy said what drink do you want? I said a ginger and at the end I wanted him to remove it and he did did not remove it and he still charged me a full price then when order came to my house it was a lemonade not even a ginger
