The tables were dirty and the service was below subpar. I entered this intimate location with no customers in line and was not greeted by any of the 3 baristas working. No eye contact, hello, we’ll be with you in a moment etc. I stood in between both resisters not knowing which server may notice a customer first. A few minutes later a line formed behind me and 1 Barista called that customer up. I shared that my order had not yet been taken and he stated he assumed I was just waiting for a pick up ( in front of the register ). Not very friendly team and gave 2 stars because the product was good.

Very rude , one of the cashiers were day dreaming when taking my order. Was looking everywhere but me and messed up my order and would get mad when they were the ones who messed up my order and when I placed my order they were making everyone else's first but ours and our order was last to be made .

I visited this location this morning to inquire about the 3 for 20 promotion, but was met with poor treatment. Upon entering, I was ignored, and when I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed she was on vacation, which seemed to be the reason for the staff's rudeness. The woman with a neck tattoo appeared amused by the situation, while the African gentleman seemed uninterested in providing service. I ultimately canceled my order and will not return to this location.

I placed an app order here. Got to my car and one of the drinks was incorrect. They made the cold one and ordered the hot machiatto. No problem went back in to have it changed. I felt like I made the wrong drink the barista girl had an attitude with me. I still made sure and thanked and appreciated her for remaking their mistake. Anyway I want be stopping at that anymore. She was nasty.

I had a really bad experience here and I go to a lot Starbucks. It took forever to place my order, there was just one person ahead of me but the cashier was taking her time. She was socializing with other workers as well. Then I ordered my drink and asked for soy milk. I’m lactose intolerant. She went ahead and made my drink, I was a bit surprised because usually there’s a barista that does that but I didn’t ask any questions. I had a horrible night and am still feeling the effects of some kind of dairy cross contamination. Either there was milk in a cup and she didn’t change it and give me a new one or there was actual milk mixed into my soy drink. Who knows but I’m in a lot of pain. I won’t ever be going back here. This has never happened to be by the way and I always get soy drinks at other Starbucks. So they’re careless here.

This morning I ordered the Oateo cream foam and egg bite. Both were great. However, after receiving my order I had to use the restroom. Nasty! Both restrooms were unsanitary at 0600 hours. During this time 9f morning everything should be spottless.

Conditions like this makes the establishment look poorly. Let's keep our environment clean and our service spectacular. Do Better Starbucks Team.
