The worst Starbucks I ever went to I asked for a pumpkin spice Chai latte and they gave me a hot latte and then proceeded to say that they couldn’t make me a pumpkin spice ice chai latte. The reason being because they didn’t do that here but they literally had the ingredients to make it. I never more appalled in my life I would never ever come here again. My money was wasted. My time was wasted, and I never been disgusted by this Disgrace of customer service. Like if you didn’t have an ice pumpkin Chai latte at this location they could’ve just told me that instead of wasting my money. I got it remade and they just gave me a large cup of a regular ice Chai latte with syrup which is basically Boba milk without the Boba if I want a large cup of milk, I could’ve just did that at home. highly disappointed and disgusted

Usually this starbucks is inconsistent depending on who’s making the coffee. I don’t mind because i usually receive something that tastes close to my typical order. But today, i was marked for something i didn’t order. I asked the barista making my drink for clarification on what was going into my drink and she didn’t seem to understand my question because she answered my question with “is that a question?” Now i’m confused. I take a sip of the drink and it doesn’t taste like what i usually order. The barista still didn’t understand that I was rung up wrong until a different barista overheard and knew exactly what to do. I’m not really bothered by how the trainee at the register took my order and what i got nor by the staff members because I usually have an easy time here. But it was like speaking to a wall with that one Barista which made this experience unpleasant.

I’ve visited Starbucks locations across many states, and I can confidently say this particular branch stands out—for all the wrong reasons. The service here is unusually slow, and the manager, who I believe is the woman pictured below, interacts with customers in an unreasonably harsh and unfriendly manner. Most of us come to Starbucks seeking a moment of calm and a good cup of coffee to start our day. Encountering such a negative attitude first thing in the morning can completely disrupt that experience and leave a lasting impression—for all the wrong reasons.

Cozy Starbucks located near Six Flags. Excellent service and tasty food offerings and coffee. Recommend the lattes. Staff was so polite and patient with my kids who like ordering for themselves.

This Starbucks goes above and beyond in the height of the morning rush they are able to keep the line short, the orders right, and the atmosphere upbeat and light. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong latte and they were happy to fix it right there on the spot, WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE! I appreciate that!! It's clean and everyone was very friendly

I ordered online for store pick up. It literally took them 25 mins to make 2 drinks and a croissant. The boy who was making food really needs to be trained properly and needs an attitude adjustment…ain’t no way he caught an attitude about a job he chose to work. It’s Sunday morning of course yall ar going to be busy bro

I used to drink Starbucks all the time but it's changed. The coffee isn't as strong as it used to be.
This Starbucks location needs improvement. The staff is not friendly and provides very slow service. Management seems to be very poor. I only go to This Starbucks out of convenience because it’s very close to me, but the service is so bad I’m considering sacrificing and driving a little further to a different Starbucks.
