I am one of SEVERAL DELIVERY delivery people that have complained to each other in the lobby in the parking lot of how LONG the wait ALWAYS is at this location to the point where we're always having to notify our customers with what's taking so long because they asked us what's taking so long.

It seems well staffed there's at least five people but yet it moves like only one person is working I have waited as long as 45 minutes for a person's delivery it was a double delivery the other person order got cold in the meanwhile.

this is not acceptable this is always the case I got to stop taking these orders for real for real I'm not the only one that feels this way I spoken with people with Uber eats, rub on and doordash. As the saying goes the staff is only as good as its leader it's a leader move slow guess what everyone else does too SMH

Whoever answered the phone on night shift between 1-1:20am on the 5th and said they were the manager is rude unintelligent unskilled & needs to be fired ASAP. He is serving food that could make people very sick. I would not trust that managers shift. The food will not be fresh and will be sitting out very long periods. I will be reporting this location to the health inspector. Not to mention when I asked would he eat food that's been sitting out for too long of a period of time he said no but refused to be held accountable and hung up on me because he didn't know what to do but make my Uber eats driver wait in line as she had already been waiting over an hour. That's how long my food had been sitting out. Smh! By the time I would receive it would have been almost 2 hours+ as she was STILL waiting! Crazy!

Today I’m leaving this review to say thank you to one of the manager Paris I came in the night b4 my order was wrong when I arrived home ! I called just to let the store know . I feel she went above and beyond and I truly appreciate her she told me I could come the next day and receive the correct order I feel that was so thoughtful !! Thank you Paris for being so professional and kind ! You made a difference in my experience !!!!!!

I purchased a Cantina Chicken Bowl and a drink. What I received was dash of lettuce, no black beans, no sour cream, drop of Guacamole, a couple of tomato pieces, very small amount of rice. My bowl.was half full. I was in a hurry so did not inspect my food before I left. I called the store and let them know how displeased I was with my food. They apologized but nothing else aas done. I paid over $10.00 for $3.00 worth of food. Evidently, they do not understand customer satisfaction, good quality and lresentation of food bring in customers. No customers, no profit, no profit, store closes, store no job. The opposit is also true, if the dood is prepared well, taste good and the service is great, customers spread the word and the restuarant prospers, employees receive raises and promotions. Great for resumes.

It’s okay to be out of an item. What isn’t okay is to pay for add ons and the team not including them on your order, and instead of saying oh hey btw I am so sorry but we are actually out of this item how can we make it right for you or substitute it? Just ignoring it, not saying anything, and letting someone find out once they start eating their food is so rude and not to mention taking money for an item that wasn’t provided.

It’s early - I get it. But do you want to pay for extras that are stupidly overpriced to not get them? No. You don’t. Your fellow humans don’t want to either. Oh also, you can’t refund me? Priceless.
