This is BY FAR the WORST restaurant in this area. TWICE, my husband and I come and have barely been acknowledged. The first time, we were sat and no one came to take an order or anything. Asked for assistance multiple times. Tried one last time because they looked pretty busy. People just started walking to the bar after we were waiting for a couple of minutes and we just walked out. The customer service is in the toilet. Place is DIRTY. Tried to use the bathroom and the stall door is off the hinges in the stall. This place needs to be report to the health department. Immediately. There’s just no way things are up to code.

The ceiling was leaking when we got there. The server was not the best, not attentive at all. We got drinks one time and did not see her again until the check came. The food was good, came out fresh and hot. The environment was terrible very loud and just not my type of restaurant setting to be in.

When I ordered the salmon I noticed after I had ate the meal due to my extreme hunger that a hair was on the corner of my plate and it made me feel very uncomfortable for the whole experience it happened too fast really for me to bring it up and the atmosphere did not allow me to contest the issue the person who served me was a black guy named Henry (Or so his coworker said)... the bathrooms were also a total mess when I walked in. The bartenders seemed nice enough to people but maybe they were not really looking out for me on the quality of food. :( I dont personally know any of the staff and its not like I gave them any reason to do this to me I walked in, ordered food like a normal person, so, if they did it to me... they WILL do it to you.

I tried to pay for the meal but I was not provided a checkout terminal for my card and when I started screaming at them to provide a receipt and method of payment by card I was completely ignored. I have the money and would be happy to pay for the meal to create record of the transaction but Im sure they know what they did and dont want me to have any record of the occurrence. Visit was ~9pm jul 13 2025 To the managers of TGIF please audit this location and contact me about this issue. I ordered a salmon meal deal with substituted side house salad.

The in restaurant pickup took forever. Someone was waiting before me, and a server told him after a few minutes. The person giving us the food didn't use the register right next to the pickup area to give me my change, and after all the wait did not give me all my change. I'll never go there again

My family of four had just checked into our room after a 6 hour ride trip. We choose Fridays since it was close by. Daven was awesome! The hospitality and customer service is unmatched. Deserves a raise ASAP!

So our server Elise was pleasant and personable (thus the few stars given) The food was subpar. I ordered the Cajun pasta. The chicken was overcooked and the whole dish was ok at best. We were given small plastic eating utensils although there was silverware on other tables. There was also a very loud employee running around like we was outside in her neighborhood. Overall, we will not be returning.
