Went in to watch the game after going to the movies… customer service was HORRIBLE… had to wait for food to come out only to be cold, ordered ice tea was no flavor , asked for something else, then waited 20 minutes for a refill. The staff around the bar seemed more focused on each other and “regulars” than anyone else… had 2 young kids come in seeking air fresheners smh

Our presence was far less important than the pregnant bartender’s family. My drink was empty for 15+ minutes. I specifically asked for extra crispy fries, they came out flimsy, then protecting my food not to be taken back negatively touched in their feelings, I asked for a fresh batch, the other bartender instead of going to get more, I was instructed to grab my fries with my hands and put in another saucer??!! WTH?! Horrible service team. Don’t waste your money . You’re better off going across street to Golden Corral and serving yourself !!! Never returning EVER

This is by far the worst place to eat the SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY PLAY LOUD MUSIC..AND THEY TELL U WHO THEY ARE AND NOT GONNA SERVE SMH .THIS IS THE SECOND TIME TIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME LAST TIME I CAME IN MARCH I WAS SEATED AND KNOW ONE EVERY CAME BACK TO ASK ME MY ORDER THEN WHEN I TOLD SOMEONE WAHT WAS GOING ON ...MY SERVER STILL DIDNT COME TO HELP ME SHE WAS PREGNANT WITH A THING ON HER ARM...THEN WHEN ONE SEEVER WAS GONNA HELP ME THEY SAID THEY KITCHEN WAS CLOSED I SAT THERE OVER AN HOUR WHICH IS WHATS HAPPENING THE SECOND TIME HERE ....AND IM FROM OUT OF TOWN THIS IS HORRIBLE... It was a wait to pick up my food as well as others. The portion of my food was significantly less than what I usually receive from TGIF. The only point I will give them will be for the food temperature.

Nobody is at the door ordered to go. I’m just standing around thinking they’ll appear never did. I enter the bar area never acknowledged. I see people in kitchen I head that way that’s when I realize to go is a separate area. I stand there a few more minutes. I tell the guy my name he brings my food cool. Million dollar Cobb and pot stickers I realize the sauce is missing go back in and he tell me they’re out of sauce. It’s like a salad no dressing chicken nuggets and no sauce ! Who likes dry pot stickers ! Yall not keeping up your inventory 👊🏿

The service there was horrible. The waiter took forever to even great us, let alone bring our drinks. We waited over 20 mins for our appetizer, and no one came back to even check on us. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.

I waited an HOUR AND 20 MINUTES FOR TAKE OUT!! Delivering take out is a horrible experience. We wait forever for the food to come out, it’s missing items and when you let someone know it’s missing items, it’s like they purposefully wait to bring the remaining items out. Not to mention ordering smoothies is hell. You can’t call it in or order online so you have to try to get a bartender that doesn’t not have an attitude or stressed or backed up with orders to make your drink.
