Wings is not that good. Lack seasoning. Service is my problem. Staff are very short with you and rude (big Hispanic girl with glasses). I showed her their receipt with number on it that I paid for extra ranch, but that wasn't good enough for her she had to make me wait until she pulled it on her register smh. No apology or anything. The black lady is ok the others not so much.

To add I believe I dealt with the rude guy mentioned below over the phone. Did not order due to his poor customer and he hung up on me.

Today 2/11/2025 my first time ever eating at this place and the last time !!! I ordered the steak and cheese as I’m eating I picked up my sandwich to take another bite out comes a bug small like black pepper but moving I’m so disgusted stomach hurt

"Delicious Wings, But Pricey"

I've been a loyal customer of Wings 21 for years, and their wings consistently deliver incredible flavor. The quality is always top-notch, and the facility is well-maintained and clean.

However, the pricing can be a bit steep, especially considering that you only receive one sauce with a 10-piece order. It would significantly enhance the dining experience if at least two sauces were included with each order, allowing for more variety and customization.

Despite this minor drawback, I highly recommend Wings 21 to anyone craving delicious wings.

I pick up orders here a lot for customers which of course or customers that bring business to the establishment. I asked briefly if I could please use the restroom after all I'm picking up for one of many customers that order from here doing a service for them through a delivery company. Most establishments are accommodating . In fact just to give kudos to their neighboring businesses on the same strip Starbucks and Sakura as well as the crab seafood restaurant

Tall young Chinese guy is very rude. Every time I go in there he just stares at you and says nothing until u say hello wasup then ignores you lol good customer service I guess.

Update, wings 21 kettering then reply back saying they "disagree come in and be direct so we can discuss" trust me these aggressive tactics dont work, if i come in there you wont like it u will be scared then u call police. Why would i come in and be direct. I will dig further into this situation and find out who exactly responded aggressively, this is a business that gets money from our community but think they can disrespect us. Again tall young chinese man who stares and says nothing to you is rude, I've already been in here there's no reason to come in here again. Still stands it doesn't matter whether or not you "disagree" lol this business won't last long their customer resolution is poor, readers look at their last reply to my account. Look and see how they carry their self as an establishment,"come in and be direct" ? You dont want that lol I'm assuming the owner is acting this way and lacks professionalism and I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau. Good job "owner" you're not a leader nor a proper business man. I'm actually in you're store more than you would ever realize but it seems this is the most civil way to go about situation because this store is combative and antagonizing.

Bonus: please all cooks and front end in that store should be wearing gloves, food safety should be this stores #1 priority as well as customer service ? this location has to do better, you feel on top of the world because you own a business but you should treat all equal or be humbled " owner "

First time visit. They got the order correct. The wings were the right size( no pigeon wings here). The cause was right and the fries were crinkled and crispy. As it should be for a cheat day meal.

This owner cannot accept accountability for his actions. I posted a review and he responded omitting his behavior he displayed the day I visited this location. My review is not the first he has responded to saying the customer was wrong. So here it is again.

The food here is fair, Your attitude is POOR. The wife was very helpful however the owner/husband inserted himself in our conversation as she assisted me with my card. Whether she and I discovered it was their machine or my card, we would have politely discovered that. She knew I had cash as well but allowed me to try my card. We were both curious and there was no line behind me to hold up. It doesn't take the OWNER to come fussing at the customer. Thank you to his wife for trying to get him to stop and doing her best to apologize for the interaction. He has done his best to appear well managed in his review responses but this is not his in-person demeanor. His response says "I told you we can certainly try that" You were never that nice. Once I saw how he treated his wife I did not take it personal but it does reflect poorly on his business. I would not recommend this business for this reason.
