We have eaten there twice, and no complaints Other than certain items could be seasoned better. It's worth a shot if you want to try somewhere different for a change.
Love the crab ball basket...you get two sides & 3 crab balls, (equal to 1 1/2 crab cakes). Great for the money.
Pretty good food but the menu is fairly limited. Enjoyed our meal. Have been here several times and meal has always been good. Ri s are excellent and portions are huge.
I always enjoy coming to this restaurant with friends. I always look at the menu but always order the fried shrimp basket. The shrimp is always good as are the fries. My coworkers love the shrimp too and also like the blt. This restaurant is one of the few in my restaurant rotation.
Wanted a lunch out as we are out and about but couldn’t decide where. “Settled” for this restaurant. Typical menu but but great service! Very willing to help out in relation to not wanting a bun for my sandwich. I would definitely try this place again!
Good food.
There been a number of restaurants at this location that did not last long. This one is well attended and the food is excellent!
The food here isn't bad at all...although it isn't anything to write home about. If you're looking for a place to eat in a pinch with "normal" food and OK prices, definitely try it out.
Our kayak group of 17 came here unannounced. They accommodated us within 10 minutes by pulling some tables together. What's even better is that the waitress let us all do separate checks! Water was brought out immediately. Our drinks came shortly after. Within 10 minutes, our waitress came to take our orders explain the menu, answer questions, and even made substitutions for a couple of people in our group due to dietary restrictions. Food came out quickly and amazingly she remembered everyone's order! The Ethan was a great hit! The Reuben was also highly recommended! My friend had the Grilled Tina Steak Salad and it was gorgeous; I wish I would have gotten that. I got the crab cake sandwich and was very happy with it. My husband and I are definitely going back! I read mixed reviews when they first opened a couple of years ago, however they've worked out any kinks from our experience and they are going to be on our weekly rotation.
I had an early dinner at Bottom of the Hill consisting of grilled tuna steak, baked potato and green beans. It was fantastic! I don't know what they put in the beans, but they were different and delicious! The tuna steak was fantastic! The server was attentive and efficient. You can't go wrong at Bottom of the Hill.
