I ordered a Blizzard and sat down with my little tent. Ten minutes went by. No worries. They were not busy but I was in no hurry. Another five minutes goes by so I politely asked for my ice cream and they told me indignantly that it was right here, pointing to the counter behind them. It was rather jarring. I was like, take it easy man.The employee then stood there blankly as if frozen in space and time for like a minute. I literally thought I was on a prank show. Waiting and watching them was sort of fun. Eventually I asked them if I should come behind the counter and get the ice cream myself or if they could be troubled to hand it to me. I don't mind a little hard work and if they want to hire me to work behind the counter, I would entertain their salary offer.Alas, my talking seemed to snap the employee out of whatever fugue state they had fallen in to. Eventually, the employee was able to take the Blizzard from the back counter and hand it to me. I was a little disappointed because the weirdness was entertaining.Normally, when I get bad treatment at a food establishment I do not eat the food because I do not trust they can handle food correctly when they cannot handle business correctly. But in this case, I said to heck with it, and ate the ice cream. Maybe I'd get a little bit of whatever they have been having.Luckily, the Blizzard was only a little melty. I just wish I has asked them to turn it upside down so it would fall out but I did not think of it fast enough.Parking: The parking is all on the opposite side of the entrance such that you have to walk through the cars in the drive thru line to get around. I expect someone is going to get run over soon enough.

I got two vanilla cones, one with chocolate sprinkles and the other with rainbow sprinkles. After waiting at the window for 10 MINUTES. Someone comes to ask what I’m waiting for, she then hands me the Icecream that was sitting by the window that whole time. Half melted and 1/4 had sprinkles. I kindly asked if she could put more sprinkles on just one of the cones, she said yes and went to the back. She came to give me the cone again and it had the same amount, to then I had to ask for a side of sprinkles. She hands me a small cup with barley anything in there. I’m confused, is there a sprinkle shortage?

I'll give Dairy Queen a five over five because the food was great and everything is nice there I like how to give you options for cakes for like birthday parties and special events. I also like the fact that they keep their slogan at the blizzard or whatever actually when you flip it upside down does not come out. I've tried a few times to make sure it actually worked and trust me it did. I got the cookie dough and it was very nice and tasty. I love the chicken containers. Fries are perfect. The drinks are nice and cold. I like the food in general me and my grandpa when we were younger or when I was younger would go get chicken tenders and have just the meal there just for lunch every Saturday I went to his house and sometimes on Saturdays we would go here. It's very nice. I love it a lot.

AWFUL!!!!!! customer service!!!! felt like I was talking to a wall. Every single person I interacted with had an extremely bitter attitude, as if they were unwilling to be an employee at this Dairy Queen. My dinner also left me feeling quite let down. I should have had a satisfying dinner because I waited for a very long time, but I didn't... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! EXTREME DISAPPOINT!!!

We came in at 8 pm (doesn't close till 10) but they were acting like they were closing and prioritized cleaning instead. We only ordered icecream. We were eating inside so they gave us our table tents since they bring it to you usually. No one called out our order and we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for 2 ice cream cones and a mini blizzard. They were not busy, we were the only ones there (4 of us). My boyfriend finally had to get up and ask about our order because 15 minutes for icecream? And the craziest part is the girl who took our order made eye contact with us many times walking around cleaning so she knew we were waiting. After my boyfriend asked they were like oh its sitting here. Our icecream was all melted and no one called our order out and no one brought it to us like they were supposed to. No one even apologized

You all haven't been open long enough to start messing up this bad. This was my second time eating at this DQ, the first time the food was ok, but the onion rings were too crispy and broke apart. This time, my partners meal didn't include an item that should've been included, didn't find this out until we were almost home. My fries were soggy and cold, threw them out. Worst fries ever handsdown. $13 each for both meals, what a waste of money! Do better, I WAS excited to have a DQ in the area.

Bad setup! New restaurant and I guess staff is still learning. We were served our ice cream immediately but our meal tooka while. Ice cream was pretty melted by then.Bad parking configuration. All parking on entrance side of building is reserved for pick up orders except for handicapped. Forced to park on the other side of the building and to walkaround building in front of drive thru to get to entrance.

Order a simple 2 double cheese burgers no pickle no onion. with lettuce and tomatoes on them thought this place would be better than Mc Donald's. sent a brand new place. but all three time we ordered a burger this way, it's complete opposite than what I ordered like Mc Donald. I get 2 burgers with pickets and onions. no lettuce and tomatoes all three time I went there. not a good start to bring in customers. just saying...
