This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The wait is absolutely insane. I was so excited to have one right down the street when I moved to leonardtown and I will purposely go to the one by my work in Charlotte hall for better service. Today I placed a drive through mobile order and I’ve been waiting in line for over 30 mins. Yes THIRTY MINUTES!!!!! Won’t let me pick it up inside bc I selected drive through. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never come here ever again.

My coffee is always so far below the lid that it looks like I would have missed out on about 10 or so "sips". This is while also including the ice, which naturally brings the level up higher. My food, well, it would be nice to at least occasionally get what I ordered and paid extra for. Then of course there's the one specific young lady that has an awful turn in personality if you don't hand her a tip.🫠 I hate to sound rude but between this location & the one in California/Lexington Park, MD. Yikes!

This past weekend I order 2 drinks got my frist one pretty fast waited over 20mins for my large sweet tea and said nevenmind I was done waiting g and left so they got 3bucks for me and I got nothing. Not my frist time this place has taking too long or most the time I get the wrong order when in drive throw. Too me there is no management there only kids in there and they don't care about there job.

My children love Dunkin' Donuts., unfortunately this particular store was very slow in their service, very dirty too. The floors, and counters were really gross. The donuts were not fresh. It seemed very disorganized. I hope they realize they should get their act together soon!

Always have had a Good experience here. Sometimes I’ve gotten a drink and it hasn’t been stirred well but nothing too bad. Food isn’t the greatest but I don’t expect it to be at a fast food stop. Thanks to you all who are you bright and early so I can get snacks for work.

Service here has always been iffy, but has significantly declined within the last year. Orders are frequently wrong to the extent of being inedible, donuts orders are messy and never ready for pickup, and staff are often arguing with each other. I'm very disappointed that this is the only convenient spot nearby when the wait for local places is too long.
Jae made my matcha latte and she was really nice and she made it perfectly! I always have chunks of matcha powder in mine when I order, but she made it differently for me this time and it was perfect!
