I frequent the DD for my 2nd cup as I approach Southern MARYLAND from Southern Pennsylvania to begin my day always very fast courteous serve up a good cup of coffee I would definitely recommend..

I came here at 4PM for a coffee. The server wanted to get back to surfing her phone as fast as possible. The coffee was lukewarm, not hot. All of the tables were filthy and the trash cans overflowing.

You have to really want Dunkin and/or have a ton of time and patience to go here. You are going to wait 30 minutes whether you’re in the drive-through or even if you order ahead. I ordered 40 minutes ago through the app for pickup. Order was wrong and I’m currently still waiting….don’t waste your time. Go to Wawa.

Person working at the window is super slow.. wouldn't hand me my coffee through the window, just stood there and ignored me..... and they forgot my cold foam again which doesn't surprise me anymore. I'm assuming the people who work at dunkin cannot read?? Everything is on the sticker to customize my coffee, just read the sticker!

This is one of the worst locations, the wait times are insanely high and if your coffee is made poorly (which it usually is) good luck waiting even longer to get it fixed.

Sourdough breakfast sandwich i got with sausage was nasty. The sausage was slimy and the sandwich was half thrown together. Employees could also be heard playing around and cussing while i was trying to do schoolwork. Absolutely atrocious.

We got in the drive-thru line with 10 cars ahead of me, and it didn't move for over 15 minutes. We decided to get out of line and go inside to order. The inside was full of customers waiting to place their order. There were only 2 workers. I don't know if I came on a day where it was understaffed due to a call out, but I wouldn't go back to this location. We waited another 10 minutes, heard other customers saying they've been waiting over an hr for their orders, so we left without buying. That's ridiculous!

I had to wait 40 minutes for my coffee . There were 4 customers behind me, and they got their stuff before I got mine, and they asked me 3 x what my order was. They are more worried about the people using the drive-through and people using the app than the people coming in the store to buy their stuff.
