I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts before but decided to give it a try. The black coffee was great. Like surprisingly good. I also had some kind of breakfast sandwich the guy working the counter recommended. I was already stuffed but I ordered a donut with pink frosting on my way out and it was good too. On top of all that, it was really cheap to eat there. I'll be back.

Despite checking in at the drive-through microphone, my order wasn't prepared until I arrived at the window. The barista, even saying, "oh, she is here? ". When I received my large coffee, it was actually a medium coffee with no less than 3 inches of foam. Does anyone really need that much foam?

You have got to fix your service in this place. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in there before 6 and your employees are so all over the place and drowning. Today for example, 11/21/23, I came in and waiting for 10 minutes while no one else was in there except the employee sitting on her phone that I assume didn’t clock in until 6. The girl at the drive through was running around and there was no one else there. This happens routinely.

Not being sure of what a light and sweet medium-sized strong coffee was, the server was quick to pick up on it, and my coffee was deliciously made, just like I order it when in Brooklyn NY ?, the one on 9th street just off of Ocean Pkwy... ❣️
