Excellent food and cocktails. Caprese, eggplant parmesan, meatballs and spaghetti carbonara were all excellent and were made in the authentic way. Afterwards visit the Leonardtown waterfront just down the hill! All around fantastic experience - we'll be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food was absolutely delicious, the service was stellar, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The steak my friend ordered melted in my mouth, and my mushroom ravioli was plate-licking good! 🍷 Our wine was wonderful too.
I honestly don’t know why anyone would give this restaurant less than 5 stars. If you’ve been on the fence about trying it, go for it—you won’t regret it! It has officially become my favorite restaurant in the downtown Leonardtown area. Thank you for such an amazing experience! 🙏🏼

Our dining experience was wonderful. We had been here before. Our waiter remembered us, and was personable. Gave recommendations and was amazing. It's family owned, the staff members helped each other throughout the evening and they all enjoy what they do. We will go back again.

Went to Il Piccolo yesterday on a casual date with my husband. We don’t eat out often but this is our go to in town. As always the food was delicious. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. The lasagna was a heaping portion with the perfect amount of cheese to meat to pasta ratio. My husband enjoyed his seafood medley pasta special (forgot the name of the dish). I don’t eat seafood but it looked amazing. Our waiter was attentive, funny and made the experience enjoyable! I’m not sure if the woman working there is the owner or manager but she greets us every time we’re there and is genuinely thankful for the patrons. Looking forward to our next visit!

Exceptional service and hospitality. Ravioli appetizer was a little generic tasting, but the mains were very good. Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends.
Yesterday I made a reservation for 3 and requested a table that could accommodate a wheel chair. When we arrived, the hostess who I believe is also the owner, opened the door for is, and assorted us to our reserved table that was already set and had a chair removed for the wheelchair. The service was outstanding, the food was absolutely amazing!!!! I can not say enough nice things about this restaurant!!!!

An absurd waste of time. After sitting there for 50 minutes and being offered more and more water (about 10 times), we left without food and our bellies full of only water. Went to Salsas and had our.food witin just a few minutes. We will never return to this place. ** Edit reply to owner: This is NOT a mistake in restaurant name. It was definitely here. This happened a few weeks ago, not this evening. **

This was my first time coming here. The food was so good and everything was hot and fresh. The staff was amazing and the chicken Alfredo we got was the best we ever had. We ended up taking half of it home cause of the large portions we got. We will definitely be going back.
