While the decor is a bit dated, the food is pretty damn good for a golf course bar. Service CAN be a bit spotty due to crowd vs. staffing for the day, but everyone is nice and very accommodating. We go back repeatedly.I recommend the fried chicken sandwich fries. Somehow, they've recreated the classic McDonalds french fry before they changed the recipe.

Had a great lunch today. I had the Ruben sandwich with onion rings and my wife had the Taco Salad. It was my first time here, but she has been many times. The food was great and service was excellent. Will definitely be returning to try more of the menu.

I had the fried oysters. They didn't have much of a taste and I've never seen flat oysters. The Cole slaw was just cabbage with no dressing. $16. + (W/out drink) was a little expensive for what I got. P.S. another lady with my group thought the same thing about the oyster meal.

Came all the way to the restaurant because of a GRUBHUB order just to be told they don't do GRUBHUB at all. Wondering why they are on the website then. When asked if they can still place the order so that I can take the food that the customer already payed for they told me no. Waste of time and money. Bad management.

I watched a manager let his girlfriends small dog run around the kitchen. I wouldn't trust the food they send out.

The owner of this restaurant is extremely rude. Going through a tough time and went to eat here before they closed and she was clearly angry. Would never recommend this place.

Well after a wonderful day of golf we decided to give the new grill a try, after reading reviews that food is much better. We use to get a hotdog and a drink before continuing to play the last 9 holes they were the best hotdogs cooked on a rotisserie grill and put on a pretzel bun pinion and mustard. Well now they microwave or deep fry the dogs and pre package them we won't be getting any more hotdogs!! Now to the other food, we sat at the bar looked at the menu asked about the special. She told us it was a crab cake sandwich $12 or dinner with hush puppies and potato salad for $14. I guess rite there should have been the downer $14 for 2 crab cakes? We both ordered the special, it came out rather quick. The plate looked kind of sad the crab cakes looked like they were precooked the potato salad was the first thing I tried. It was pretty good the potatoes were cooked and had a good flavor, the hush puppies needed to be cooked just about 20-30 seconds more they were a little gooey now the crab cake. I pulled a bite off with my fork there was something green in it that looked like green peppers and you could tell they were made with 98% claw meat and a few pieces of white back fin meat scattered throughout. Both meals the crab cakes weren't hot just like warm as I mentioned as if they were precooked and thrown in the microwave to heat up. Because when you fry them in a pan with a little butter the edges get crispy and it makes the cakes better. What's the hurry? Just like getting rid of the hotdog rotisserie cooker and now microwave and deep frying oh and I heard also spilt the dog and fry it on the flat top. Come on stop the short cuts!! Don't throw out a good thing because you want to be quicker come in earlier and start the dogs for golfers to have them when making the turn!!!!! I will give the grill another try and try something different hopefully things will be better. Make the crab cakes with back fin meat ya it costs a little more but if it's good people that love crab cakes will buy them. $17-18 for a sandwich with some fries. We eat out a lot and don't mind paying for good homemade food. Look forward to playing another round of

It seems like their menu switched recently and they are no longer serving anything fresh, but mainly greasy-spoon style food. Their wings have little sauce, most things are fried and over-salted, they don't have mixed greens anymore, and most worrisome, they don't institute the mask policy. Maybe we will try back in 6 months. Some people cut back during covid while others stepped up.

This was our second time dining here. They have a great patio outside with a lovely view so it was a nice date night during phase 2 of covid stipulations. It was Friday so fish & chips were the nightly special. They were excellent nice and crispy with flaky fresh fish. The cocktail sauce and tarter sauce are house made and we're both delish! We also offered the mushroom Swiss burger...not much mushrooms but the burger itself was very good. Our appetizer of fries clam strips wasn't very good. They had a weird texture, breading, and flavor. Definitely wouldn't order again. Service kind of sucked. She was sloooooow and tended to disappear a lot . I asked for a canned beer, she brought it and it was almost room temp. She took forever to come by the table so I just took it to the bar vs. waiting for her and asked for a bottled beer and the bartender said "I told her those were hot, I just put them in" So rather than coming to ask if I wanted it a can even though they were hot she just brought it, then disappeared. On my way back I saw her shooting the breeze with a coworker. I chalked it up to being new and still left her a pretty good tip.
