Placed an order around 5:55pm for 3 hot and ready items, only one was ready which wasnt a big deal. The manager i assume estimated 6 minutes and was polite. About 10 mins later i started paying attention to what the woman in thr kitchrn was doing as i was curious about my food. Well i joticed she (middle aged white lady) had no gloves on and i watched her youch her hat, move hair from her face snd pull her pants up BUT began preparing food without gloves. I ended up canceling our order because i was uncomfortable with that, the manager asked if everything was ok and i told him what i saw and he politely refunded me. Its unfortunate because it was my first visit to that location and now that trudt is broken for me. Id give the manager a B because he was polite, but its also his job to ensure safety and sanitary rules are met. Id give the woman an F obviously

I wanted to give a 3.5 but since Google only lets you rate in full stars, I had to put 3.
This was my 2nd time ordering from this location the first time was bad where I didn't want to order from them again but I gave it a 2nd chance. It was better than the first time but a few things that disappointed me. My pepperoni crazy puffs barely had any cheese inside all 4 puffs. But they were still good to eat so I give them 3 out of 5 just because I love my gooey cheese and they pretty much had none, the extra point was because my sister looked before leaving and the first batch looked really burnt and I can't eat anything burnt. Now on to my stuffed crust pizza that was really good. Unfortunately it also had its downfall I ordered with extra sauce and the sauce was pretty low (probably regular) I know what the extra tastes like and looks like because I've ordered twice from the California/Lexington Park location and they always delivered with the sauce. So the pizza was 4 out of 5.
Overall for this order they did redeem themselves since the first time I ordered from them on their 2nd day open (Dec 30th 2025). I truly was not gonna try again but two chances are what I normally give places to see if that one day was just run poorly. I may be back in the future but for now I gotta stick to the location that delivered the better quality. I hope to see this location thrive since it is way closer than going from Leonardtown to the California Lexington Park area for pizza and crazy puffs.
